Hilltop Villa with the Best Multi- Island Views!

  Our stay was truly remarkable and better than our previous one - 25 years ago. Though the island has changed and the once convenient hotel was gone the view from Ingrid's veranda was better and more appreciated than anything we remembered. The smell of rain in February as a midnight brief squall offered was received with a long stay at the railing and long luxurious deep breaths. There is simply no view on the island so complete or so all-encompassing, from the lights on St. Thomas on our first night to the glorious dawn and unencumbered sunsets. And the breeze! It is truly a place to recharge, rest and reorder your priorities. From Heidi's Grill on honeymoon Beach to the Pirate's Cove for pizza on Fridays this is a wonderful place for a couple to get closer or a family to share paradise. Ingrid was so helpful and a valuable source of history and helpful hints. We cannot look at the photos without a serious longing to return. We are afraid that it will only get worse with time.

  We recently spent eight days at Sea Breeze Villa. Ingrid was at the ferry to meet and greet us. If you are looking for plenty of activity read no further but if you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place. The villa is more beautiful than the pictures show. The views in every direction are picture perfect. We loved to sit on the veranda to watch the cruise ships, the sailboats, the lights from St. Thomas and the sunsets. It was the perfect place to kick back and read. The villa is very clean and well appointed with a wonderful kitchen--with every gadget you could possibly need. Many of the basic spices, etc. are there also. I love to cook so I had a field day. After taking a ferry to do the shopping we settled in. There were always plenty of towels and linens and the most comfortable bed in any villa we have rented. If there was any question about how things worked, Ingrid was always available. We certainly would love to return to Sea Breeze another year. This was the best villa rental we have ever had. I certainly would recommend Sea Breeze Villa as long as we could still get a week in there sometime.

  We spent 7 wonderful days on Water Island at Sea Breeze Villa. The owner, Ingrid, made sure we had everything that we needed. She was very helpful, hospitable, and friendly. The accommodations at Sea Breeze are superb. Everything was there ... plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, spices, gas grill, washer and dryer…etc. There was even air conditioning in the bedrooms which we never had to use because there was always a cool breeze in the evenings. The covered wraparound veranda is just perfect. The views were absolutely stunning, with both back and side views of the ocean and the bay to see all of the cruise ships arriving and leaving. I sure do miss that hammock. The golf cart was great for exploring the island. The ride to Honeymoon Beach was about a 10 minute ride and we enjoyed the beautiful views along the way. The beach is great for swimming with some snorkeling. We loved the food at Heidi's Honeymoon Grill - the sandwiches were to die for!! We did Heidi’s Saturday night beach dinner(a great experience) and Friday night pizza at Pirates Ridge. We were disappointed that the Monday night movie at the beach was cancelled because it was New Years Eve. If you want a relaxing vacation I can't think of a better place to stay. We are looking forward to our next visit!

  My wife and I have used VRBO for over 10 years. Almost all rentals have equaled our expectations. This one however, FAR EXCEEDED our needs. We had booked 5 nights of our 10-night vacation at Sea Breeze villa and 5 nights at another home on a different island. We wish we would have booked all 10 nights at Sea Breeze. Owner Ingrid Jennings has equipped Sea Breeze with the finest in flatwear and china as well as excellent linens, towels, etc. Kitchen condiments are abundant, coffee filters, etc. The wide screen TV system would most often be found in a primary home in the states. I am an A/C lover and we never used it. The location of the home and three sides of sliding glass doors guarantees an almost constant breeze. Ceiling fans are HD hi-speed and stand-up auxiliary fans will blow your wig off......real hurricane force. The view is to die for......especially at night when the island of St thomas is lit up....looks like Christmas. The three sided deck allows you a definite change of view when needed. The provided golf cart is a 2010 Yamaha in excellent condition. Touring Water island is a must. This Island is the best of both worlds......private without the hustle-bustle of St Thomas yet close enough via a 10 min ferry ride to go grocery shopping, dining, etc....The ferry runs 10 times a day round trip. Buy a weekly pass for each person for 45.00......and use the ferry unlimited. You can also rent a car for trips to St John. Keep it parked in the Crown Bay Marina lot (the St thomas ferry point) for $70 per week. On Water Island there are, at present, only two businesses.....Heidi's Burgers on the Beach....normal hours are 11 am until about 3-4pm...then around 4pm, Joes Beach Bar is open. Both of these businesses are on Honeymoon Beach and do an excellent job......I would suggest splitting a Heidi's burger with two people....they are huge and come with mac salad. This was the best VRBO rental that we have ever had. If we go back to Water Island, Sea Breeze Villa will again be our first choice for lodging......

  If you want to have a very relaxing vacation then you MUST stay here. You can just relax and let everything melt away at this villa! The view alone will make you never want to leave this place. The home is just as wonderful as the view, very clean and has everything that you need. Ingrid is just a delight to spend time with. This is our second stay in less than a year and we hope to go back again soon!!

  The villa was wonderful. The views were breathtaking., the villa was spotless, all the amenties that you could want... Ingrid, the owner, is terrific... The photos do not truly reflect how beautiful this home is. We will be back next year.. One hint that Ingrid passed on to us,,, freeze some meals and bring in your carry on... next year, we will bring less clothes ( all you need is a swim suit, pair of shorts, tee shirt and something to sleep in.) Truly a home away from home.

  Just returned from my third winter stay at Sea Breeze Villa and have booked two+ weeks again for what will be my 4th visit. I keep returning to Sea Breeze because I think it is the best place to stay on the island. The view is amazing - from the extensive porch you can see cruise ships, the local barge ferry, sail boats and and even golf carts going up and down the hills. The house is very well equipped with everything from cooking utensils to games and a complete video collection of Oscar winners. Sea Breeze gives you a feeling of space with the open plan living and dining area leading out to the wrap around porch. Ingrid is very knowledgable and helpful in planning activities and filling you in on life on Water Island. When I arrive I feel as if I'm at my second home.

  This was our third year in a row renting Sea Breeze and we feel like we are coming home when we walk in the door. The views are magnificent and the house has everything you could possibly need. We love Water Island and have made many friends there, including Ingrid. You won't find a better place!

  We just got back home from staying at Sea Breeze for 18 days. We wish we had 18 days more to stay. It is a wonderful home to rent. The view from all sides of the house are the best on the island. Ingrid was so helpful & informative. I love the open floor plan of the living room with the ocean breeze coming through all the sliding glass doors. The home overall is above & beyond anything you can imagine. The local people are so friendly. We enjoyed getting to know them. We definately plan on coming back. We just loved Ingrid & her home. You definately wouldnt be disappointed. Thanks again Ingrid!!!
