Sea Breeze Villa is on one of the highest hilltop locations of Water Island. You will enjoy a breathtaking 360 degree, unobstructed, panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, Water Island, and the surrounding islands. The villa has vaulted ceilings, a modern open floor plan with over 1200 square feet of spacious interior living space. The villa is surrounded on 3 sides by glass patio doors which lead out to a 1000 square foot wraparound covered veranda ideal for dining and lounging in the shade. The Villa sits on the property known as the “Kings Lot” come see why for yourself!

Sea Breeze Villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a large combination kitchen, dining, and living room. Both bedrooms have wall air conditioning units. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second guest bedroom comes with a queen bed.

•Drive 10 minutes in the provided golf cart to several beaches for swimming, sunbathing,
snorkeling, beach combing or just sitting by the water and watch the gentle waves roll in.
Honeymoon Beach is a pristine calm beach perfect for families with small children.
•Kayaking, sailing, nature hiking and a scenic biking tour is available.
•Visit the historical ruins of nearby Fort Segarra and Carolina Point Plantation.
•Enjoy free Monday night at the movies on the beach under the stars sitting in your golf cart or
