This unit is located close to town and the River Run Ski Lift. It is well equipped and maintained. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to a full bathroom. The loft is outfitted with a double and a twin bed and has an adjacent half bath. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck with a BBQ. Wireless internet service is included. The condo complex has a hot tub right outside our door open basically Labor Day to Memorial Day plus a pool open during the summer months. We are the closest complex to River Run's new gondola & chairlift. This location is ideal both summer and winter with immediate access to the "rails to trails" bike/walking path & the Bigwood River. Within a short walk you can flyfish, use the bike path, or hike the 3,000 vertical Bald Mountain Trail.

We enjoy the mountains in both summer and winter. There are a variety of activities available in both seasons. Skiing, hiking, golf, horseback riding, fly fishing, white-water rafting, biking, snowshoeing, cross country and downhill skiing (obviously!) plus much more. Don't miss the fall jazz festival or the summer symphony series. Good restaurants abound, so enjoy your Sun Valley visit!

Fantastic Unit for a Ketchum/Sun Valley Vacation!

This clean, well maintained unit with a great Ketchum location made for a memorable family vacation. Very close to the River Run Lodge and to downtown shops/restaurants. Walk to the ski lifts on the nearby trail or take the free bus with a stop just outside the complex. Short walk to downtown. Nice, quiet, upstairs corner unit with outdoor deck. Fireplace, wireless DSL, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. The nearby hot tub was great to have after a hard day of skiing, and the washer/dryer were convenient. Excellent access and parking availability. Will definitely rent again and will recommend to friends!
