This unit is located close to town and the River Run Ski Lift. It is well equipped and maintained. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to a full bathroom. The loft is outfitted with a double and a twin bed and has an adjacent half bath. There is an additional hide-a-bed in the living room. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck with a BBQ. Wireless internet service is included. The condo complex has a year round hot tub right outside our door plus a pool open during the summer months. We are the closest complex to River Run's new gondola & chairlift. This location is ideal both summer and winter with immediate access to the "rails to trails" bike/walking path & the Bigwood River. Within a short walk you can flyfish, use the bike path, or hike the 3,000 vertical Bald Mountain Trail.

We enjoy the mountains in both summer and winter. There are a variety of activities available in both seasons. Skiing, hiking, golf, horseback riding, fly fishing, white-water rafting, biking, snowshoeing, cross country and downhill skiing (obviously!) plus much more. Don't miss the fall jazz festival or the summer symphony series. Good restaurants abound, so enjoy your Sun Valley visit!
