Our Condo is a 2 story townhouse (on the 9th & 10th floors of the Tower building), 1 BR/2 full Baths, sleeps and accommodates up to 4 adults comfortably and offers an unobstructed and wonderful view from every room of the GULF CRYSTAL BLUE WATER, THE WHITE SUGAR SANDY BEACH, LAKE POWELL AND THE MARINA.
This Condo is completely remodeled and professionally decorated with NEW CARPET and custom paint, furnished and fully equipped kitchen with UNIQUE BEACH COLLECTIONS, and one of a kind art work through out the unit to make it a TRULY YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
On the lower level is the master suite with a QUEEN SIZE BED ROOM SET, fresh paint, new light fixtures and wall paper in the master bathroom and MARBLE COUNTER TOP, a HD-LCD TV/DVD, VCR, large closet with sliding mirror door and a PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE GULF from your 10 ft bedroom window.
Upstairs is a spacious living room with LARGE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE MARINA, LAKE POWELL AND THE GULF OF MEXICO. The living room has a new furniture including a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, 2 lighted entertainment center, AN ELECTRIC FIREPLACE FOR COOL EVENINGS, a 32' HD-LCD TV, VCR, DVD player and stereo system with Cassette/CD player.
Also upstairs, is the second full and large bathroom with MARBLE COUNTER TOP, new light fixture, and a closet with STACKABLE WASHER & DRYER. The GOURMET kitchen, which is open to the dinning room, has new cabinets, GRANITE COUNTER TOP, new GE stove and dish washer, and all the essentials to prepare a nice meal (e.g., microwave, COFFEE/ ESPRESSO/CAPPUCCINO MACHINES, mini Forman indoor grill, PANINI GRILL, WAFFLE MAKER, 4-slices toaster, even a bread maker,…). The dining room set includes a glass top table that seats 4 (+ 2 bar stools) with complete CRYSTAL GLASSWARE and a new AQUATIC DESIGN CHINA DINNING SET. All these will be enhanced by the spectacular view while dinning of the Gulf of Mexico from the 10 ft wide dining room window. JUST ADDED TO OUR UNIT, A BROADBAND WIRELESS INTERNET (Wi-Fi) SERVICE, SO YOU CAN CHECK YOUR EMAIL FROM ANY WHERE IN THE UNIT AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE INTERNET CAFE ON THE MAIN FLOOR (still available for our guests) AND FREE UNLIMITED LOCAL/LONG DISTANCE CALLS. Been coming to pinnacle port since I was 10, havint been able to go last 8 years and just recently got married.. The owner nice to let us stay Sunday to Sunday during the week of the 4th of July for our honeymoon.. The room was very nice and clean. They also left us a fruit basket and champaige for our occassion. The beach and pool was also nice! We had a great time and now will be coming back next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was a welcome surprise to have a wonderful fruit assortment waiting for us on our arrival. My son now wants to eat fresh pineapple all the time! The condo was accurately described in the listing. The view is beautiful and the condo was quiet at night. The beach feels like a private beach and the pool is very nice. I would highly recommend this condo rental.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a WONDERFUL time at your condo! It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, very comfortable and felt like home.The accommodations were perfect for us, your thoughtfulness in every way, with all you do for your rental families is very much appreciated. Pinnacle Port is a very beautiful property, convenient to everything, yet still away from the big crowd and private. We come each year and I hope that we’ll be able to stay in your condo again next year, we absolutely love the place! My family and I enjoyed all the nice amenities at Pinnacle Port and the clean wide beaches. We walked to a nice restaurant in Carillon one evening. The condo was beautifully furnished and the views were spectacular. I look forward to a return visit in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The Pinnacle Port community offers everything one needs for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The property description with the photos are very accurate in depicting this lovely condo that is comfortable, equipped and tastefully decorated. The beach and lake views are spectacular, offering the best of both worlds from pristine to serene! While situated at the quieter end of the gulf, all attractions and necessities are very close by and easily accessed. I was thankful as well for the convenience of the nearby airport. The owner was exceptionally well to work with throughout all of our communications. The couple that oversee the condo were also a huge help in answering any questions and offering their hospitality. All of the added touches from the beach umbrella, chairs and delicious pineapple were very much appreciated...I hope to visit again...Thank you!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family enjoyed staying at this condominium recently. It was just as described in the listing. Wonderful views off the balcony and windows. The condo had everything we needed and was very, very comfortable. Included were beach chairs and an umbrella that gave us extra seating down at the beach. We love the rental umbrella/beach chairs that Pinnacle Port offers and enjoyed the gazebo and swings at the lake. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Pinnacle Port. It is a beautiful community with many activities and attractions just down the road. I have recommeded Pinnacle Port to our friends and family and will be going back soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family rented this condo for the 4th of July weekend and it was wonderful. There were two adults and two teenagers and we had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. I especially loved having two views....one on the lake side and the other on the ocean side. The condo is conveniently located near grocery stores and places to eat and the kids loved the fireworks show at pier park. We will definately look into the availibility of this condo on our next visit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We were recent guest in this beautiful condo at Pinnacle Port. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a beautiful tray of fresh delicious fruit (a really nice touch.) This unit is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping were so easily accessible. We were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation. This unit is only steps from the beach (which is a plus!) The views are awesome!!! We hope to stay in this unit again soon!! The owners were super nice to work with and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Thank You for allowing us to stay in your condo and making sure we were well accomodated.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We proud with the quality of everything we put together in our Condo. It is professionally decorated by a local interior designer to make it our relaxing hideout. We have one of the best housekeeping (a family) in the area where they will respond quickly to any of our guests’ need or concern from providing key box code number to maintenance and repairs or any local information, Airport pickup, and catering service if needed.
