Our luxurious condo is a 2 story townhouse style (on the 9th and 10th floors of the Tower), 1 BR/2 full Bath, comfortably sleep and accommodate 4 adults and offers an unobstructed and wonderful view from every room of the gulf crystal blue water, the white sugar sand beach, Lake Powell and the Marina.
This condo has just completely remodeled and professionally decorated with new carpet and custom paint, comes furnished and fully equipped with unique beach collections, and one of a kind art work through out the unit to make it a truly home away from home.
On the lower level is the master suite with a queen size bed room set, new light fixtures and wall paper in the master bathroom and marble counter top, a TV, VCR, large closet with sliding mirror door and a panoramic view of the Gulf from your 12 ft bedroom window. Upstairs is a large living room with balcony overlooking Lake Powell and the Gulf of Mexico. It has a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, 2 lighted Broyhill entertainment center, and electric fireplace for cool evenings, a 32" LCD flat screen TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system.
Also upstairs, is the second full and large bathroom with marble counter top, new light fixture, and a closet with stackable washer & dryer. The gourmet kitchen, which is open to the dinning room, has new cabinets, granite counter top, new GE stove and dish washer, and all the essentials to prepare a nice meal (e.g., a bread maker, a coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine, mini Forman indoor grill, toaster …). The dining room set includes a glass top table that seats 4 with complete crystal glassware and real china dinning set. Adding to that is the spectacular view while dinning of the Gulf of Mexico from the 12 ft wide dining room window.
