This new village penthouse residence is just 93 steps from the Northstar gondola and even less from the ski-back. Waking up in the morning you will enjoy views of the village, gondola and nearby mountains. Sit on the deck at the end of the day and watch the skiers/riders coming down from the mountain.
This luxury unit features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath, large living room with queen sofa sleeper, and a luxurious king bed in the master suite. The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and cooking & eating utensils. Relax in the evening in front of the push-button to start gas fireplace or watch a movie on the large screen LCD TV. Later enjoy a second large screen TV located in the bedroom. Inside of the unit are large capacity energy efficient washer and dryer. Also enjoy amenities including free high-speed wireless Internet, cable TV including HBO, Showtime and The Movie Channel, free DVD movies and over 100 free Netflix on demand movies.
A short ride down the elevator and you are in the village with its wealth of restaurants, shops, skating rink and evening activities. Eat in, eat out or order take-out; all are equally easy. Eliminating the need to haul equipment around, there is a large private ski locker at the building entrance with comfortable seating to allow you to “suit-up” in the morning.
With parking in the heated garage you will no longer need to shovel snow off of your car or scrape ice from the windows. There is easy access to the fitness facility with showers, steam sauna, weight room with the latest generation of equipment including treadmills and ellipticals with integrated TVs. Relax in one of the two hot tubs or enjoy the nearby swimming pool.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
With the condo in the village and a few steps from the gondola, as parents we like that our kids can take off on their own for a day of skiing/riding, hiking, or shopping and meals at the village. Returning to the condo mid-day for lunch helps save a few dollars with no time lost on the slopes.

This is a very convenient and well equipped condo. The underground parking right is great, the access to the fitness center and hot tub in the village is great. The location could not be better, ski lockers downstairs and a short walk to the gondola. Clean. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

My wife and two small children stayed six nights at this amazing condo overlooking the gondola and village. It is exactly as stated in the description and even more. This condo has it all, great accommodations, two flatscreen tv's, full custom kitchen & bath, washer & dryer, private ski lockers and garage parking. We skied every day and it could not have been more convenient for us, especially with two small children in tow. Beth was a pleasure to deal with and was very quick with her responses. She also offered tips on where to eat and things to do. We definitely recommend this condo and hope to use it again next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
