I went a few weeks ago in the fall, I've never been to the beach in the fall and it was a pleasure. I loved that I could park my car privately behind the property and then walk or bike anywhere I needed to go. This unit is on the top floor and you get amazing water views and sunsets because its actually an advantage to be across the street instead of beachside. There are only a few spaced out homes in front of you and you look right over them because you are above them. I saw alot of other very large homes (and I'm sure pricey to rent on the beachside) that looked beautiful but all the views they saw were their neighbors home, literally a few feet away. When I'm at the beach I want to see the BEACH!! This unit definitely delivers. The bathroom was so large I actually stored my suitcase in the bathroom! I liked how you quaint the space was for a single or couple. And the price was so reasonable compared to other properties in the area for comparable space in the unit. The area is just so pristine and well manicured. The only draw back I can even think of was there isn't a stove/oven in the unit. I know many couldn't care less about that but I noticed it although it wasn't a big deal. And Charles is wonderful to deal with as well!

We stayed in this unit for our 30th anniversary. I got to know the owner a little with our e-mail chats. What a great guy and a great unit. Perfect for us two, we used the pool quite a bit and it was never crowded. Our view was nice and we had a nice balcony that we ate breakfast on every day. The area is one of a kind with little towns up and down Highway 30a. Great restaurants and beaches with a bike trail that we used a lot running the length of 30a. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

My husband I rented this condo for a 2 night weekend in June, and we had an excellent experience!! Given we were at the beach, we knew we wouldn't be inside much, so we didn't mind booking a studio. The condo is comfortable for 2 people with a nice size bathroom and the main kitchen amenities--full size fridge, toaster, wine cork, etc. We enjoyed time at the pool, as well as the ease of walking to Rosemary and Alys beaches for meals and shopping (some of our favorites include Wild Olives and Cowgirl Kitchen in Rosemary and George's in Alys). The condo has lovely decor and a spacious balcony with a great view of the Gulf. The condo owner was prompt with all inquiries and sent us the unit and pool codes well-before our arrival. It was really nice not to have a gate to have to get thru to the property, and parking was very easy.

This property was perfect for our recent trip! The condo was wonderfully decorated, clean, and very well maintained. The view is awesome! The owner was very helpful and made very sure the arrangements were clear and the property met our expectations. The owner provided excellent "customer service"! Due to the location of this property, there is no need to drive unless you want to! There is a path for biking, running, jogging etc.; the beach is within a short walking distance. Restaurants, shops etc. are all within walking/biking distance as well. There is a large pool on the property which was wonderful! This is a spectacular area on 30A! I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this property. The owner is very friendly, flexible, and responsive, and you can't beat the location of the condo. It has an amazing view and is a short walk from the white sand beaches and the villages/shops of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. As you can see from the pictures, the condo is clean and well-decorated, and it provides everything you need for a relaxing getaway!
