The house is situated on 7 acres of fields in a forest of olive trees, lavender and gardens with a creak running through the property. The winding roads leading to the house take you through oak forests, vineyards and lavender fields to a most tranquil setting in the high countryside sloping down to the bay of Saint Tropez.
The house has been restored in a charming and elegant manner with quality décor, furnishings and artwork and enjoys all modern conveniences with a superb 11 metre swimming pool.
The 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provide an excellent level of accommodation and the spacious living areas, with several terraces surrounding the house, can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in style.

La Vernatelle is located between the beautiful historic villages of La Garde Freinet (Population 1500) and Grimaud (Population 3300)
La Garde Freinet is a medieval village of narrow streets overlooked by high rocky peaks with a great view over the Massif des Maures mountain range in the Var region in the south east of France. The village has a good selection of shops and restaurants alongside the typical Boulangerie and Boucherie.
Grimaud is a medieval perched village overlooking the bay of the Golfe de Saint Tropez and is dominated by the striking ruins of the 11th century chateau situated at the top of the village. Grimaud is considered one of the richest villages in the region and also has a good selection of shops and restaurants.
La Vernatelle is situated mid way between these two wonderful villages and its close proximity to the ever popular Saint Tropez and its beaches (20 minutes) make this a perfect base to explore this highly desirable region of the French Riviera.
