I live in Naples and had this unit built as a rental unit. It is typically rented for 90-120 day per year and then closed until the next season. The unit is furnished to my standards and most or the renters of this unit had actually moved into the community
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This property is an Arnold Palmer designed course and provides the discriminating renter a real value. This is a bundled community and as such the renter becomes the owner for the duration of their stay. This provide access to all events, except Invitational Golf Tournament, and allows for guest play. If you are a golfer this is one of the most enjoyable courses in the Naples area. Also close to the new Naples TPC course. During the off season this course has access to over 70 clubs in the area at substantially reduced rates.
