Our home, just 100 yards from the Windsor Palms club house and pool, was completely remodeled in May, 2009, with the latest in contemporary furnishings and decor, plus new carpet, tile and electronics.
Offering two master bedrooms with ensuite baths, two other bedrooms with shared bath, and a living room sleeper sofa, our home can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably in 1,850 sq. ft., and comes completely furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Just bring your swimsuit and toothbrush.
Our spacious living room has a 46" HD TV, DVD, PS II game system, WI-FI Internet and ceiling fan. You can also relax in our separate reading lounge. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and three bedrooms have a 32" LCD TV. The fully furnished kitchen adjoins a separate dining area that overlooks the spectacular private pool and spa outside the lanai.
Of course, you could always flip-flop over to the enormous pool and Jacuzzi at the Windsor Palms club house complete with regulation tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts on the outside and movie theater, fitness room, arcade, billiards and mini-mart on the inside. If Disney wasn't so close, you'd be tempted to spend your entire vacation right here.

We were fortunate to buy our home in Windsor Palms in March, 2009, to enjoy all Orlando has to offer. In a nutshell, we bought our home for the doorstep proximity to Disney and the amazing amenities of Windsor Palms. Within a 24/7 manned gated community, we know our children and our home are safe while we enjoy all the activities and relaxation Windsor Palms offers. We greatly enjoyed remodeling and updating our home so our guests can enjoy their vacation in comfort and style.

This is a fantastic home. It is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more than enough space.. The pool, spa, and pool deck chairs were very nice! We've rented homes in Disney area many times over the past 10 years, and this home topped them all! Our family had a great time.

We had never rented a house before and were VERY impressed. The house was up to date and very clean. Plenty of towels. Pool was already heated upon arrival. Lots of room to spread out for our family of six. Would definitely stay here again!

I recently spent 4 nights at this beautiful vacation home, with my 4 sisters, 2 brothers-in-law and another couple. There was plenty of room for all. This is a well-maintained property with large modern rooms. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable is available, from the close proximity to Disney attractions, shopping, and restaurants, to in-house laundry facilities and a heated pool/spa. I would recommend this property and will certainly book again. Our stay was enjoyed by all.

I had never rented a home before for a trip I was a little worried about the website being a true representation of the property. Not a problem here, the property was as described, clean, very well decorated. Laundry was a benefit ,did not need to pack so many clothes, pool was great, I would like a little more privacy the houses are built close together, nice kitchen , nice table ware, easy to get to Disney, lots of space, room for families. Staff at Windsor was nice and helpful. I would next time pack a little bit of my favorite spices to cook with and extra laundry detergent. Owner was great, prompt in his reply< this is a big deal! I had contacted other properties and got slow or no reply> and the calendar on this property was up to date and accurate not true about many property sites we look at on the web. Will be happy to stay there again.

Having stayed at multiple homes in WIndosr Palms, I can say that this is the best I've experienced so far. Very tastefully decorated and updated. Great place for adults/grown children. Pool heat was activated when we arrived. Owner was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with throughout the rental process. Will definitley rent again next year.

Having never rented a home before for a trip I was a little worried about the unknown. And I never would have lived it down to my wife if something were amiss but things were great! Just a few minor nitpicks- pool heat was not turned on before we got there and lost a day getting it turned on and waiting for it to heat up. And the consequence of not having a daily maid service is you might run out of TP and trash bags before your time is up. You can just stop at the many stores around the area to get some. Pros: Laundry, pool, full kitchen, very close to Disney, lots of space relative to hotel rooms. Great for families. Cons: Pretty much gonna need a rental car. Not any privacy in pool area so forget about, uh, romantic interludes back there. Buy a few extra rolls of TP, garbage bags, maybe laundry detergent if you're going to run more than a couple of loads. Really the main thing is I don't want people to know about this rental because I don't want to get demand high enough so the rates go up! I plan on staying here again unless the rates go up significantly.

I would highly recommend this property for multiple families. It has two besrooms with their own private bathroom. We had our family with three adult chidren and they each had their own room. The house is updated and still feels new. The pool was awesome. We also enjoyed the community pool and clubhouse. The gofing was good also. Saved big money using www.golfnow.com to get reservations at some of the top courses in the area. We will consider coming back next year.

Just returned from a week at this villa. We have stayed at many other properties in Windsor Palms and this villa was excellent. The villa and pool area was very clean, comfortable and well looked after. The check in procedure was close, fast and I loved the fact that I didn't have to return to check out. Paul (the owner) made the transaction process very easy and all correspondence was fast, friendly and accurate. We will definitely return to this villa for our next Floridian vacation. Thank You.

My two teenagers, my husband and I stayed in the house for one week and were very impressed with this home. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It definitely beat having to stay in a cramped hotel room. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus.

The pictures did not do justice to the home. Everything was nicer and cleaner than we expected. Very comfortable furniture and awesome flat screen in living room. The pool was the best and completely safe for small kids with a safety fence. My kids lived in it for the week ( I did as well ). The owner was completely accessable during the booking process and afterwards. We will certainly stay there again. The house is only a mile from grocerys and plenty of restaurants and the back way to Disney was about a 5 minute drive. Clubhouse had great ammenities, but we didn't need them with the house we chose. The movie theater is a must. I would highly recommend this house to others. Heat the pool, it was worth it.
