A quiet patio off the dining room faces north so that you can take advantage of the warm evening temperatures but not the hot sun. The spacious pool is a short walk away. We chose to buy a vacation rental in this area because we enjoy everything about the Garyhawk Community. The close proximity to many wonderful golf courses. The amenities of the community such as the walking paths, tennis courts, The Grayhawk Clubhouse, and the wonderful convenience of the many small malls for dining or shopping. Not to mention the easy access to the 101 and the great Phoenix area.
