Located in the heart of North Scottsdale, you are minutes from the 2 fabulous golf courses of Grayhawk, 5 minutes from the TPC and in close proximity to many other wonderful golf courses, shopping, dining and entertaining establishments that North Scottsdale has to offer. This 2 story town home is very accommodating to seniors with a large bedroom and bath on the main floor and an attached 2 car garage. Everything is on the main level. 2 bedrooms offer queen beds & attached bath with the 3rd bedroom having twin beds. Both bedrooms with queens have 32" flat screen TV with the living room offering a large 52" flat screen in the Entertainment center. A quiet patio off the dining room faces north so that you can take advantage of the warm evening temperatures but not the hot sun. The spacious pool is a short walk away. We have been traveling to the greater Phoenix area for over 20 years. We enjoy the weather, the golf, the entertainment and the many other things it has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Grayhawk
We chose to buy a vacation rental in this area because we enjoy everything about the Garyhawk Community. The close proximity to many wonderful golf courses. The amenities of the community such as the walking paths, tennis courts, The Grayhawk Clubhouse, and the wonderful convenience of the many small malls for dining or shopping. Not to mention the easy access to the 101 and the great Phoenix area.

The main floor bed and bath offers a senior couple a wonderful one level townhome with plenty of room for visiting family and or guests.
