This very private, custom home is located in the prestigious gated and guarded Canyon Pass area of Dove Mountain, home to the PGA sponsored Accenture Match Play Tournament and adjacent to the new Ritz Carlton Golf Resort and Spa. The development is beautifully situated in the heart of the Tortolita Mountains just north of Tucson. It is an easy drive from either the Tucson International or Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Why the Owner Chose Marana
We opted to purchase a home in Dove Mountain because of the sheer beauty of the development. The home is surrounded by mountains, visible from virtually any room in the house.
The home is very secluded and private, yet close to all the action. It's the best of both worlds.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We always enjoy connecting with our friends whenever we're in town. Additionally, we find ourselves hiking the surrounding mountains and working out at the state of the art Gallery Sports and Fitness Club. We've also rekindled our passion for golf. Frankly, it's hard to live in Tucson and not enjoy one of their finest resources. In the evening, we enjoy socializing with good friends and enjoying one of Tucson's many fine restaurants.

My wife, son and I have lived in the mountains of Utah and Colorado virtually all of our lives. We are outdoor enthusiasts. Skiing and mountain biking are a couple of our favorite endeavors. We've always had a desire to own a second home in the sunny southwest. The greater Tucson area was a perfect match for us. The desert southwest is truly a beautiful place to play. Our greatest joy would be to share our beautiful home with you.
