Lovely free standing home centrally located on world class ski mountain and directly across from Anderson Ranch Art Center. Directly on bus route throughout the village that comes every 15 minutes and will drop you at your choice of three different lifts within 5 minutes. Plenty of free parking; you will never have to get into you car to enjoy restaurants, recreational facilities and entertainment, or a stop at the market.
This is a family home lovingly remodeled room by room with a large working wood burning fireplace for relaxing after a hard day on the mountain. The home comfortably sleeps seven people with two beds in one of our spacious guest rooms. Cross-country ski, mountain bike and road bike trails surround the property. One mile on bus route from brand new recreation facility with full work-out facility, exercise and yoga classes, heated outdoor pool and climbing wall. One half mile from club spa, golf course and tennis courts – also on bus route. 20 munites from down town Aspen on free buses that run every half hour.
This is a pet friendly home for well behaved pets and we can provide kennels and some supplies if needed.

Year Purchased: 2004
My husband and I have lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for 20 years, raising our two daughters here. All four of us love alpine, tele, cross-country skiing and take an annual Mother's Day sled ride down any of the four mountains with the most snow left in May. We are avid wilderness users and advocates, hiking and camping all over North America. Living in this environment has been a great place to both enjoy nature and to be exposed to world-class artists, thinkers and performers through organizations such as the Aspen Music Festival, the Aspen Institute, the Aspen Film Festival, Anderson Ranch and more. We feel blessed to be here and anyone visiting will as well.

The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy hiking, mountain biking and skiing right outside our back door and easy access to wilderness areas close by. We can walk to events, great restaurants or to the pool any time of the year. We love the crisp deep blue ski during the day and clear star-filled night sky, with little air or light polution to interfer.
