At only 5 minutes walk from the Coliseum, the Imperial Forums, the Domus Aurea, the Palatinus and the Circus Maximus, it is perfect for visiting ancient Rome while comfortably settled in a newly renovated apartment with full comforts (air conditioning, heating, satellite TV with programs in Italian, English, French etc., DVD-DIVX-CD-MPEG-MP3 player, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron, etc.).
Located at the ground floor of a 7-floors building in a district, Monti quiet and full of greens though lively with restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. It is encircled by three public parks and a garden with a children playground is just in out of the building.
In the apartment there are:
• one spacious living room with a large sofa (which is a double sofa bed), a television with international satellite TV and a DVD-DIVX-CD-MPEG-MP3 player; there's also a large table for 8 people and one full kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove/oven, oven/grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher;
• one double room;
• two twin rooms (they can also be arranged as double bedrooms);
• two bathrooms (one with a washer and a shower) both with bidet and hairdryer.
Completely Furnished, it is rented in accordance with the Italian Law n. 431 / 98 for tourism purposes only. It can accommodate up to 8 adults, as the space of the apartment allows full ease of living for a large group or family. The building has also a Front Desk Service
You will be greeted by my City Manager (English mother-tongue) who speak Italian, English and French.
