Lovely, lakefront condo in Spader Bay - one of the only low bank lakefront beaches on Lake Chelan. Ideal for families with small children. Unit has King Bed in Master Bedroom and Queen and twin in Second Bedroom. Master bath has single vanity and tub/shower. Second bath has single vanity with shower only. Living room has a Queen sleep sofa, love seat and a double futon.
Fully equipped kitchen with just about anything you would need. Linens and towels provided. Outdoor patio has a small table and seating for 4. Just steps to the pool, hot tub, beach and dock.
This unit is a lower level unit with a sliding glass patio door with direct, easy lakefront access.
Very easy walk to the park, children's play equipment, tennis and basketball courts, volleyball pit, swimming beach, boat launch and moorage facility, bumper boat pond and Chelan's new, championship, 18 hole putting green.
Within 2 blocks you'll find a pizza parlor, bowling alley, grocery store, Starbucks and fast food drive-in.
Just another 3 blocks and you're in the heart of downtown Chelan for your shopping and dining pleasure.
Just a short drive away is the Chelan Municipal (18 hole) Golf course, waterslides park, MA8 9 hole golf course, a multitude of wineries and tasting rooms, Mill Bay Casino and much more! For golfers you'll be delighted to know that "Desert Canyon" championship course is about 25 miles away.
Prefer weekly stays Sat - Sat in July and August. Shorter stays available in June and September.

Why the Owner Chose Chelan
Since our home state (NM) does not have much lakefront property we started a search nation-wide to find our ideal spot on the water. Lake Chelan has just about everything we were looking for.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy one of the only low bank, beach front locations on the entire lake. Since the water in this location drops off gradually it is ideal for small children and people that just enjoy a stroll along the beach. We also enjoy all the amenities at the complex - pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQs, dock, and boat moorings.

We have always been drawn to the water and the moment we saw Lake Chelan we knew this was the place we would want to spend more time. We are always been delighted to just spend some time relaxing on the patio in front of the condo and just watching the water.
