We own and rent only this property. I currently live on Sanibel Island and maintain the properly personally. I am an artist and have designed the home to be a fun, whimsical, comfortable and relaxing retreat for young and old alike.
Why the Owner Chose Captiva Island
I have been vacationing with family to the Sanibel/Captiva area for over thirty years. When I saw the layout and the character of this house I knew it was just what I wish I had found so many years ago. Sanibel and Captiva are beautiful small islands that provide a vacation experience like no other. The property is stunning and the white sand beach is a stone's throw away down a private path...what more could I ask for?
The Unique Benefits of this Beachfront Home/Guest House
Start the morning with fresh squeezed orange juice from the grounds; take a walk down the secluded beach (carry a bag for all the seashells!; lunch around the ground floor covered pool-right off the spacious kitchen and living room; catch a game from the large couches while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool; nap in the hammock while kids play in the "ship" boathouse, sunset on the beach; dinner on the town at one of our fabulous local restaurants; sleep in luxury listening to the sound of the waves. A perfect day!
