Our home is located in The Villages, a premier, gated, adult community that can be enjoyed by all. Holidays are special times and the entertainment plentiful and diverse. You'll love the shopping, dining and dancing under the stars, all accessible by golf cart (Our "peppy" gas cart is available to you). Besides golf, many take to the tennis courts, exercise centers, pickleball courts etc. Some just enjoy strolling through the friendly (and flat) neighborhoods.
This villa is attractively appointed with enough furnishings to entertain your "new friends" or family. The brightly skylit kitchen makes mealtimes especially enjoyable and meal preparations fun. Whether you have a leisurely breakfast at the bar, the eat-in kitchen or on the vinyl-windowed lanai, you'll know why Florida is the place to be. There is a gas grille for outdoor patio cooking as well.
With nearly 1200 sq. ft. under air, you'll never feel crowded. The large master bedroom has a private bath, a large walk-in closet and plenty of drawer space with two bureaus and a chest, for those seasonal clothes.
Enjoy entertaining as the open floor plan encourages mingling. The dining room accommodates six for a more formal dinner. Watch the Villages own TV station or channels of your choice on extended cable service. Call your friends back home, and boast about your time here anywhere in the U.S. on the unlimited service phone.
The guest bedroom has twin beds and this is where you'll find the internet hook up at the matching desk. Look out the window to see the polo horses romping and exercising.

We have just replaced the carpeting throughout the entire home with an upgraded product. Watch the Villages own TV station or channels of your choice on extended cable service. Finally, the "coil" for the Air Conditioner has just been replaced so there should be no issues with the cooling when temperatures get a bit too warm.
The Villages has a program which offers renters all the rights and privileges of residents. For just a one-time fee of $50 for two, this covers your entire stay, whether it is a month or longer. This includes the free golf when walking on the 25 executive courses, or a greatly reduced trail fee when using the golf cart. There is also a discounted fee on the 9 championship courses (most have 27 holes to choose from). The fee also covers full access to the family, sports, and adult only pools, any activities at the recreation centers and even admission to the resident's only dining and music club (Katie Belles) and the upstairs Cattle Baron Club open seven days a week.
Both of the Villages' Town Squares have free entertainment every night. Happy hour prices are available as well. You will find dancing under the stars in either Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter Landing with your neighbors and new friends. You may even try some of the line dances. It is all there for you here in The Villages.

Why the Owner Chose The Villages
After looking at many retirement options, we were lucky to find "Paradise". We couldn't ask for more. The close proximity to Orlando and Tampa attractions, easy access to International airports and cruise terminals is such a plus. The people you meet here take a genuine interest in you and neighbors care for neighbors. It just has to be experienced to believe it.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Close by are fine restaurants and the many country clubs which are open to all, no membership required. With over 500 clubs and activity groups, you can be as busy as you wish, which we are very busy. We learned to play golf when we became residents and now play several times a week. It is a great way to socialize.
