This Sea Trail large 1,300 sq. ft. two bedroom two bath (all private) vacation condo rental is located in Sunset Beach (1 mile from beach) and overlooks the resort's 18th hole of Dan Maples golf course. There are two other golf courses on the resort as well, along with numerous other courses within just a few miles. Sea Trail is 3 miles from Calabash, NC, 5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach, NC and 15 minutes from the city limits of North Myrtle Beach, SC.
You will find the following in our condo: fully equipped/furnished kitchens, dining rooms/areas, living rooms with TV & VCR and DVD, washer, dryer, porch and more. Sea Trail and our condo are great places for families, golfers, honeymooners, and vacationers alike.
Sunset Beach was voted "Best Beach on the East Coast" by Duke University and is in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. The Grand Strand area hosts numerous "Live Entertainment Theaters" featuring shows by the popular group Alabama, world champion exhibition ice skating and spectacular "Western" shows. The Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach area has already become known as "the Branson of the South." The climate is always pleasant. Temperatures range from an average low of 54 in January, to a high of 82 in July.
Sunset Beach & Sea Trail are easily accessible via Interstate 95, Highway 17, and Interstate 40. Driving distances from select major cities are as follows (in miles): Asheville, NC--291; Atlanta, GA--356; Chicago, IL--942; Cincinnati, OH--620; Cleveland, OH--673; Detroit, MI--847; Jacksonville, FL--336; Knoxville, TN--395; Louisville, KY--645; MN--1433; Montreal, QB--998; New York, NY--661; Pittsburgh, PA--607; Toronto, ON--868; Washington, DC--423. Under normal driving conditions, it takes 7 hours to drive from Washington, DC, 12 hours from New York, NY and 12 hours from Pittsburgh, PA.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and checkout time is no later than 11:00 AM.
* Reservations/Cancellation information - 30% of the rental amount, whichever is more, is required to confirm your reservation for weekly rentals. A deposit of $100 is required for 2-3 day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Full payment is due when your reservation is confirmed if your arrival is less than 30 days away. Personal checks, Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
Books, magazines and movies are available for your reading and viewing pleasure. Movies, books, etc., vary by unit. A restaurant guide is available with menus from numerous local restaurants. The area has restaurants featuring the following cuisine: Thai, Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and Australian. Any palate can be satisfied.
Linens, departure cleaning, unlimited local calls, high speed secure wireless DSL internet access and utilities are included in our rates. Pool/workout access is available at the resort's nominal published rate.

We recently purchased this first floor condominium in Sea Trail and have spent the last month (11/09) redecorating and updating it and making it our second home. We loved Sea Trail when we first visited two years ago and returned occasionally to play golf. It will now be a great get-away from the work a day world and a place we hope to share with you for your get-away too. Sea Trail is just gorgeous and the views from our rear windows are the best in the resort.
