Year Purchased: 1986
This has been my personal home since 1986 and I am a designer/builder. In recent years I started spending more time up North where I grew up and where I own other properties. When vacationing I have always rented private homes which aided in my decision to make my home a vacation rental to share the joys and beauty of a Fort Lauderdale vacation in a personal, comfortable environment.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I love to have a barbeque on the back deck while the sun sets. Feeding the Koi and the turtles is very calming and relaxing to me. In the winter, I open my windows in the upstairs master bedroom where you can feel a wonderful breeze as well as the smell of the Ocean. I usually go to the beach but if I feel like a pool day I go to one of the local restaurant/bars that offer use of their pool to patrons.
