"Breathtaking Luxury Mansion" is a 10,000 sq ft home located within one of the most exclusive areas in Palmas del Mar Resort This three- level property is located in a quiet street that ends in a cul-de-sac. It has a private elevator for easy access to all levels of the house.
On the first floor, you will find a six-parking double-garage entrance comfortable enough to also fit several golf carts and/or bikes. The entrance is beautifully set with natural travertine marble floors and a large staircase leading to the main entrance of the mansion.
The Garden Room master suite is also located in this floor. As you may expect, it has two double glass doors that open up to the garden. The Garden Room master suite also has a a comfortable large living room area for couples to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine with more privacy from the rest of the family or simply enjoy a good movie on their Flat Screen TV.
On the second level, the house has two additional master suites with huge walk-in closets and private bathrooms. The Pool-side master suite has a bathroom to die for. The walls are completely covered in light cream marble stone and it is equipped with a large jacuzzi for a relaxing bath after a fun-filled beach day. This master suite opens up to the pool area, as well as to the Mansion's Game Room.
The Game Room is fully furnished for entertainment of all our guests, with several sofas, an air hockey table, and pool table which also converts to a ping pong table. Outside the Mansion's Game Room you will find a large bathroom for use of the guests who are enjoying a competitive game of pool or for those who are sun bathing and swimming in the pool.
On this floor, there are two additional bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a private mezzanine area with views to the natural landscapes of the resort and to the amazing architecture of the neighborhood's homes.
We want our visitors to know that we have chosen the finest linen fabrics for all our beds because we know how important it is for our guests to enjoy a very comfortable night sleep; as well as, excellent quality bath towels.
As we move to the third level of the mansion, you will find yourself in awe. This level has several living room areas which have been elegantly decorated with luxurious furniture with a minimalist look from designer stores to match the expectations of our high end clients. We have created ample living room areas for the family to entertain large groups of people.
The kitchen is also located in this level. It is designed with fine cedar wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
The dining room and living rooms are completely covered with hurricane-proof glass doors that open to several beautiful covered/open terraces, as well as to the mansion's pool and BBQ patio area. The terraces are bordered with colorful bougainvilleas and you can overlook the natural landscape of El Yunque Rain Forest from here.

Maria, I am sorry it took so long to write this, but I can not thank you enough for your lovely home and all the amenities! Our wedding was wonderful and your home made our reception even better! We have PLENTY of room in this house, and everyone in our group enjoyed themselves so much, we never wanted to leave. I found myself on the balcony at least 10 times a day enjoying the serenity and the beautiful plants and tree's everywhere. It was more than I would have ever expected, plus more .The pool was breathtaking, the rooms were so huge, and the space was incredible. The golf cart made it so convenient to drive around the Palmas, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely come back to visit as soon as we can, thank you so much! There are a few “problems” in this house: Kids refuse to come out of the pool Too many choices in which part of the house to hang out in Endless sunlight streaming in through the beautiful windows Other than that, everything was Perfect!

We have had a wonderful time in your lovely home. We celebrated our mama’s 90th birthday with all the kids, grandkids, and 3 great grandchildren. We had a great time. We are five couples here to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and it was perfect. What a wonderful place to get away from the Minnesota winter. This place is ideal for a large group. The common areas are big enough that we could all be together, yet we also had places to retreat for reading or naps. Perfect! We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. Had a problem the first night when we lost our keys, but Security & Maria saved the day. Pool was great! Lourdes prepared delicious meals. We had a wonderful weather. Played lots of Mah Jongg.

What a wonderful week we had in your home! We were two families with a range of ages. Eleven people in all and your home accommodated us so beautifully. The children enjoyed the pool on a daily basis and the different seating areas allowed us all to have space to relax and regroup after our busy days out in Puerto Rico. Given the opportunity to visit Puerto Rico again we would certainly choose your home again. Thank you!
