Why the Owner Chose Tahoe City
The immediate access to recreation of all types. The area is not well known and the utilities are underground so the views are unimpeded and the traffic is light. We can ski from Lakeview chairlift to the house (expert). We can hike to the Sierra Crest or Ward Creek in a short amount of time.
