Large mud room with two rows of coat hooks, built in bench and overhead storage. Walk in pantry is great for storage while the kitchen has a clean look (granite as well as mesquite butcher block counter tops), stainless steel appliances including gas stove top and electric range with a high buffet that doubles as kitchen seating or serving for the dining area.
Kitchen has a wall mounted TV. Eight foot long handmade tiger maple dining table comfortable fits 10 (12) people. Living room has wood burning fireplace, stereo with ceiling speakers, i-pod dock and lots of comfy seating. Master bedroom has king bed, walk in closet with built in drawers and shelves. Master bath has large jacuzzi shower with pebble stone floor and glass door. Powder room with slate floor adjacent to living room has concealed high efficiency washer/dryer. Brazilian Cherry floors throughout the upper level.
Open staircase leads to formal front entrance and to lower level. Lower level has three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one bunk with separate futon), two full baths, and large entertainment room. And no need for shoes in the house ~ radiant heat throughout the house ensures warm feet!

Why the Owner Chose Newry
Mt. Will opened for development a few years ago. Once we saw the vistas, we realized we had found the perfect site for our ski house. We're on a private 7 acre site with great sledding, cross country skiing and snow shoeing right out our back door. The lifts at Sunday River are three miles away. The fireworks (most Saturday nights during the winter) and stars provide great nighttime entertainment while you watch the snowcats grooming.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Relax in the 4-6 person outdoor jacuzzi which is nestled in the steps to the covered porch, complete with outdoor stereo speaker. Alongside the covered porch is a bluestone patio with an outdoor fire pit. The covered porch also has a large gas grill ~ no need to be in the snow while grilling dinner!

Bill and I met skiing many years ago and it's been our dream to build a ski house. We enjoy entertaining and our favorite weekends are spent with family and friends in a comfortable house where you can sit by the fire (inside or out) and relax. The main floor has a shared living, dining and kitchen for open entertainment. There's a great room with TV, and a separate loft above the garage to ensure lots of relaxing space for everyone!
