You must drive through 2 security gates and enter a security gate to enter building. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two baths have shower and tub. Third bathroom has shower only.
Condo is over 2500 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms each equipped with TV's. There is local phone and wireless internet. Large screen TV in living room. Open kitchen to entertain while cooking. Each bedroom has access to separate bathroom.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker. Standard fridge, stove, sink, and all cooking items.

Gym has state of the art equipment for cardio and weight machines. All of the accessories included such as exercise ball, mats, free weights, bench, scale, and TV's.
When you are done with the gym relax in sauna or use steam room. Showers and lockers are located in his and her locker rooms. Olympic size pool has quality lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, and stainless steel gas grills.
For entertaining guests or the family book the 16 seat theater for private movie viewing! You literally just sign the book for the time you would like to reserve.
