We had such a wonderful stay at "Just Be" this Christmas! The condo is clean, comfortable, and inviting, with everything we needed for our 10-day stay in FL. Our two boys, ages 13 & 14, said this was one of their favorite places we've stayed on our many visits to FL. The open floor plan and spacious kitchen with all the amenities made this one of our favorite rentals too. We walked the beach nearly every day we were there and enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely rent "Just Be" again!

We created memories for a lifetime...never missed a sunset on the Gulf; used the beach bikes; had great walks (we chose not have a car; we biked and walked for the exercise and discovered cool things along the way); the condo is conveniently located close to yoga classes. Favorite hours were creating yummy cocktails and meals in the gourmet kitchen -- we nicknamed it "The Lab". This condo has a wonderful location close to the beach and a pool to catch the rays and cool down. Wish we would have had more time to take in all the restaurant recommendations that the locals offered. Slyce was a fun place for really unusual and delicious pizza.Our priority was to hang out as girlfriends and really relax. We would love to return again and again. Two words to describe what this experience did for me -- returning home feeling cleansed and clear. There are great specials being offered right now so take care of yourself and make your plans today!

The condo was awesome, we had plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 children. (ages 16 & 7) The Condo I believe was about 1200 sq ft., very spacious, had two bedrooms and a pull out queen sofa sleeper and two full baths. The kitchen and breakfast bar area were huge, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the back balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway, beautiful sunsets. They also have a washer and dryer, for your convenience. There is an outdoor pool, but this time of year the ocean was much warmer than the pool. The beach and ocean were awesome, beautiful white sand. There were people out walking the beach, but felt like we had it all to ourselves, and the beach is just across the road. Great price, great stay and great memories. Hope to stay again next year. Thanks Linda for everything, you condo is very nice. The Murphy's

Found this condo for a last minute vacation. Happy to say that it was the perfect choice and is even pet-friendly! Stocked with everything we needed plus more. Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Condo is exactly as pictured. Beach is 1 1/2 blocks away - very easy walk. Had the pool to ourselves everyday. Indian Shores is quiet and low-key, yet still close to all attractions in the area. Owner is easy to work with and responds quickly to emails. Had a much needed, relaxing stay and hope to return again!

We all had a wonderful time during our visit to Indian Shores. This condo is very nice and had everything that we needed and more. The condo is just a short walk to the beach and not far from area restaraunts and attractions. The owner was extreamly nice and very willing to make sure that all our needs were met. We are all looking foward to our next visit.

We just got back home from enjoying a week at Just Be condo.... it was everything PLUS more than what was described. The beach was fantastic, not crowded. We were a VERY short drive to Clearwater and went there on two different occassions... once for the nightly Pier 60 celebration and one day for a dolphin, sight seeing and snorkeling boat ride... Linda of Just Be condo was so delightful to work with... she answered all our questions very promptly when we were deciding to reserve her condo. We hope to go back very soon!!! Can't say enough... but rent this condo... you will not be disappointed... very relaxing... felt right at home... she thought of everything.. bikes, beach toys, coolers, radio... did not need to purchase any beach items. Thanks Linda for a very stress-free stay at the beach!!!

My husband and I took our first trip together to Florida and hope to return with our 4 kids...it was amazing! We instantly relaxed when we walked onto the beautiful beach. The condo was also very relaxing and felt like home with all the included amenities. We chose to eat at the many local restaurants, but everything was available to make meals too. We can't decide if our favorite part of the vacation was the crab omelets at Crabby Bill's or the breathtaking sunsets at night. We loved our stay at "Just Be" and cannot wait to bring our family back soon.

This place couldn't be better. I had the chance to have a short stay in the condo recently. Everything you could ever want on your vacation is here. The owner is great to work with. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean and was not crowded. Nice tables and chairs on balcony. I live in FL and hope to visit again.

The condo was exactly as pictured and truly a home away. Everything that we could have needed during our stay was already there and available and the condo was immaculate. Prior to our stay, the host was easily available for any questions and replied promptly. Yes, I would and will recommend this property to friends.

We could not have been happier with the accomodations at Just Be! The photos don't do it justice! Linda has done a fabulous job maintaining and accomodating this condo with everything you need to make this a perfect home away from home destination! It was super clean, comfy beds, plush towels, wi-fi and HD-TV! We had EVERYTHING we needed for the beach, which allowed us to pack light for this trip. Even for the kids! The location is PERFECT. Even though we had our own car, it stayed parked for the week (except for a day trip to Disney World) The condo is close to the public beach access, transit system and steps away from the pool. An ice cream shop and a small convenience store were also within walking distance. Quiet is an understatement! We really felt like we were the only people there! We had the pool to ourselves on many occasions and the whole area was peaceful! We enjoyed the local cuisine and made a trip up to Clearwater using the Trolley system! Crabby Bills-awesome!!! We enjoyed it so much, we've booked our 2011 summer vacation to Just Be! Keep up the good work Linda and crew!

We spent the month of March 2010 at this wonderful condo. The description of the facilities was accurate and surpassed our expectations. The location, across from the Gulf of Mexico, gave us plenty of opportunity and pleasure to enkoy the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring John's Pass in Treasure Island and local restaurants such as JD's, PJ's and Crabbie Bills.We even had the opportunity to enjoy an Irish concert On St Patrick's Day at the Largo Cultural Center nearby. Our dog, Bailey, enjoyed the porch and seeing other dogs and the wildlife across from the condo. All in all, we had a great time at this condo. The owner is very thoughtful and even had a bottle of wine to greet us on our arrival.

We had the great fortune to be able to stay in this wonderful condo for 3 months while relocating to the area. The condo has everything you would need for a complete vacation experience. The bed was so comfortable we felt right at home. The kitchen was a dream to cook in with every supply we needed and beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway. The electric grill was very handy out on the deck, so we cooked outside frequently. The pool is very clean, so relaxing and never crowded. With a short walk to the beach there was no excuse to go for daily walks along the beautiful beaches of Indian Shores. Thanks again for a great experience, we’ll be back!

My husband and I, along with our 2 year old took our first family vacation since the baby was born in Dec, 2009. Linda gave us GREAT directions (and our GPS found it without issue) to the condo. We were delighted with the accomodations-2 nice bedrooms (and an AMAZING king bed in the master). She also had a 'clamp on high chair' for us to put our son in (helped a TON to not have to lug ours down there!). Crayons, kids books and some matchbox cars were already there-keeping our son busy until we got unpacked. The condo has a nice view of the Intercoastal-fun to watch the boats come and go. The Gulf is a mere 4 minute walk (across the street) and the beach was WONDERFUL. Long, white beaches....great for walks (with and without stroller), playing in the sand and body surfing. Plenty of great eats close by. Publix within 4 miles. Covered parking was great too for loading/unloading stroller/kid/gear each time we went anywhere. Condo had everything we needed for cooking/beaching. Even hosted Christmas for my entire family (15 people!) in this unit-with plenty of room and kitchen items to do it! Headed to Tampa to the Lowry Park Zoo one cool day (great for small kids-mine loved feeding the giraffe) and to Ibor City for lunch. Played at Clearwater Beach a few days (good action) and loved the beachfront eateries there. Rented a family bike and took our son up and down the beach. Pool was small, but it worked. Only thing that didn't make this review EXCELLENT was no hot tub. Only took the Trolley once. Very easy to do and drivers were great (even stopped to show my son the aligator at the putt putt golf course). Husband went deep sea fishing one day-caught a few nice ones. If you don't have a big group-go to the marina at Clearwater and the boats all have listing what days they can ADD 1 or ADD 2 to a group. Splitting the charter makes it much more affordable-and you usually meet some cool people. Great place Linda!

This condo is just perfect for a vacation. We could not find a better one! The condo is a beauty and very well organized for a excellent vacation. Everything we need was at its place. In addition free WLAN for your Laptop, TV, Games for the Kids, a Grill and much more.

My family and I recently spent a week in this lovely, spotless, comfortable condo. The condo is conveniently located just steps from the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway. The open floor plan of the condo was conducive to spending a lot of time together. We enjoyed preparing meals in the fully appointed kitchen. We loved having WiFi for our laptops. The owners were so considerate and show great attention to detail. We have stayed in many condos in Florida and Hawaii, but have never had so many ammenities provided. Three boogie boards, four beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, and a cooler were all there ready for our use. We truly appreciate their generosity. The condo is a great value and I would certainly recommend vacationing here.

A Gem of A Find

From the moment we opened the door it felt like "home". The owners are very attentive, caring and accommodating and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. From the kitchen spices to the toiletries, well stocked closet for a "day at the beach", laundry facility, long distance telephone and wireless internet, the beautiful beach across the street; it was a pleasure to stay at their condo and look forward to returning. It's close to major attractions, rent a bike for memorable beach rides at sunrise and sunset, you can go for miles... This is the place to go to relax and become stressfree!

Had the pleasure of staying at this waterfront condo in Oct. The area is very relaxed and you are steps away from the beach. I found the condo to be very open and spacious. The kitchen area is great for cooking and gathering. Loved the decor and very clean. Would highly recommend for singles, couples and families.

Hello! We are the owners of this charming Indian Shores condo, and look forward to sharing our vacation home with you and your family/friends. We love to travel, and have been all over the world for our vacations. But in this quaint beach community, we wanted to invest in our own vacation home because we truly fell in love with the "personality" of this area. We knew we would always want to return to this beatutiful, sunny gulf coast community where people are friendly,casual and lots of fun. We think our place is ideal, because it is in the heart of all the beach activity, (right on Gulf Blvd.) but a more affordable option if you don't mind walking across the street to access the sugar-sand beach. As you relax on the patio-deck, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises overlooking the inter-coastal waterway and the mangrove conservation preserve. Inside the condo, you will find plenty of space and all the comforts of home. Since this is our home away from home, you will enjoy a fully equipped living space, lots of dishes, utensils, games, books, linens, beach toys....you get the picture. We appreciate having our condo in a small complex (20 units total). It is very private and quiet, with easy access to all the action of the great restaurants, bars and beach activity. We hope you will consider spending your vacation at our condo. We have worked hard to ensure you enjoy a clean, comfortable accommodation. Now the rest is up to you.
