There are four floors, an elevator, handicap access to the first three floors and handicap equipped bathrooms. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 are master suites. There are multiple sofa sleeper beds, with room to sleep 19. This house has been custom designed for family reunions, multiple family gatherings and retreats. The fourth floor party room doubles as an extra bedroom.
Views from the second, third and fourth floors are among the most spectacular on the Oregon Coast.
