We were so lucky to have booked Casa Panorama North for our Easter vacation. We have stayed at other lovely properties within Tulemar Gardens, but the view from Casa Panorama North cannot be surpassed. The view is truly spectacular! It has a lovely deck where you can sit and get lost contemplating nature at its best...the most breathtaking sunsets imaginable, lush tropical flora, and entertaining wildlife such as monkeys, different varieties of birds, and iguanas to name a few. Our house manag

This property is absolutely as good as it gets when it comes to both location and service. The views from the house itself are unmatched with miles of jungle and ocean to look at from the deck, bedroom, and even the living room. The private community has its own private beach complete with kayaks, bar, nature trails, etc. It's also close to the market and several restaurants in Manuel Antonio. The service also distinguishes this property from its surroundings. Diego was extremely helpful....

We stayed here on our honeymoon for 7 day's in August in the top two floors of the Casa Panorama south and it was second to none. The view was most amazing and the house was enormous, a little much for 2 people, but we were looking for a place with a hot tub and only the Panorama's had them. We did do a nature hike around the property and were surrounded by squirrel monkey's and capuchin monkey's looking to be fed. The best part of this property is definitely the private beach which alone is worth staying here for, or you have to travel 10-15 min. everyday down to the public beach, which isn't as nice. Sometimes the waves got pretty big on the private beach and it was very fun to borrow the body boards and kayaks to ride the waves. The property itself is very nice and well maintained. We even did the horseback tour which our concierge Kimberly set up for us. I would like to also mention that a big plus in the washer/dryer. It allowed me to back half of what I normally pack and it's not often that I come back from a vacation with clean clothes.

Our family spent six nights at Casa Panorama in mid-August. The property is exceptionally well maintained, both inside and out, and the ocean and jungle views from the massive upstairs balcony were simply amazing. Diego and Chris checked in with us every morning and evening to help us plan our day and make restaurant and taxi reservations. The private beach was clean and uncrowded, and the infinity pool was very popular with our five year old twin boys. They also loved seeing the monkeys, sloths and iguanas that were on the property. We loved our stay at Casa Panorama and will definitely return again.

We stayed in Casa Panorama lower level and completely enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful with breathtaking views from the balcony. The grounds are lush and well-maintained and the location is conveniently located to all of the restaurants/bars in Manuel Antonio. When spending time at Tulemar's private beach you truly feel immersed in Costa Rica's natural beauty. But what really made our trip outstanding was the staff. Kimberly, our concierge, was available for all of our needs and offered excellent recommendations. Danielle and Luis at the beach bar were the warmest and friendliest people we have met - even giving me daily Spanish lessons. The Costa Rican people, in general, were extremely kind and hospitable. We are looking forward to returning with our children.

We recently stayed in Casa Panorama, and I would highly recommend both Tulemar and Casa Panorama. The views were amazing! What made it a true and relaxing vacation, however, was the service provided by the Tulemar staff and our concierge, Diego. He did not miss a beat. We landed at the Quepos airport and he was there to pick us up and show us a little about the town while taking us to the store to stock our kitchen with drinks, breakfast and snacks. This was very important with 2 growing boys with me. Before we arrived he and Vanessa had set up excursions like zip lining and a visit to the park. He also provided recommendations on restaurants and activities while we were there. He would call or come by everyday to make sure all was going well with our vacation. Because of this attentive service, I did not have to worry about anything but enjoying myself and spending time with my family. We loved going to the beach. This kids loved boogie boarding and jumping the waves. It was always nice to arrive and be greeted by name by Danella at the beach bar. She knew my order would include a chocolate shake and a strawberry banana smoothie. David was also very nice and helpful with chairs and towels. We occasionally took the shuttle back to the house but usually hiked to and from the beach either on the road or on one of the nature trails. It is a good hike and good exercise, totally manageable. The house was more than we ever expected. They views were amazing, rain or shine. The last night we were there we watched an awesome rain storm from the balcony. In the morning we always had monkeys visit us. I loved waking up and drinking coffee with them. On Sunday I noticed our a/c upstairs was not working. Chris was around so he promptly had it fixed. Like I said, the service by all was great. I recommend Casa Panorama and I am sure we will return for another vacation.

Where do I even start.. Diego came and picked us up at the bus stop when we called him from another hotel. He then gave us a tour of the entire property which is so freaking awesome... Our room has a panoramic view of the ocean and jungle and is situated in such a way that you can see everything and feel like your in your own little world. Anyways, Diego introduced us to the bar tender on the beach and took us to buy some groceries. He is a real cool guy and gave us his cell number in case we needed anything. The first night we locked our keys outside and were stuck on our balcony. We called Diego from another room and 10 minutes later Chris arrived with another key without any complaints. This guy seriously is one of the nicest people I have met period. We called him about an hour later because we were having trouble calling for a food delivery. We told him what we wanted and he ordered it, picked it up and brought it to us. The next day we woke up to hearing and seeing monkeys right outside our window. My wife and I fed them bananas from our hands which we later found out was a no no.. But is was a pretty awesome experience.. We chilled on the beach (which is a private beach where you can grab boogie boards and kayaks for free) We ate at the beach bar and were laying right under a tree with a sloth in it which was pretty cool. The next day we did an Atv tour and my wife needed shorts so Chris drove us to a few different stores and dropped us off at the 4 wheeler location. He even tried to buy us a local drink. This guy makes you feel like you are a friend and not just a customer which really makes all the difference. Chris set up our interbus trip to Arenal the next day and even drove us to the office. Our last day Chris set up a spice farm tour and came to take our luggage to put into storage while we were gone. When we got back we still had 3 hours until the bus came and Diego and Chris allowed us to chill in this absolutely ridiculous house until our bus picked us up. Tulemar is great. Even the maid had swan towels, hearts and other cool looking things on our bed when we returned.

We stayed in Casa Panorama. Wow! The view is spectacular. The house is beautiful and clean and cleaned every day with amazing personal touches like "animal-folded" towels and fresh flowers. Diego and Chris made sure we always had adventures to go on and great restaurants to eat in. They never steered us wrong in their suggestions! Everyone who works on the grounds is pleasant, helpful, and caring. They go over the top to make sure you enjoy your stay! The private beach is pure paradise. With 80 degree water, perfect waves, kayaks, boogie boards, towels, drinks, and phenomenal food, you could spend your entire time there! There are also two amazing hikes to the beach through beautiful jungle with amazing plants and animals. The monkeys entertain you every day, leaping through the trees and climbing up to investigate you on the balcony. I would go back in a heartbeat! :)

We stayed in Casa Panorama, lower level just a week ago. What a beautiful little place. I was initially a little concerned that there might be some noise from the unit above us but I hardly ever heard a sound. We traveled here with our 7 and 10 year old who slept comfortably on the pull-out sofa bed while my wife and I enjoyed the super-comfy king bed in the other room. The property is amazing. They've done a great job minimizing disturbance to the surrounding trees which is great for the wildlife. One evening we were swimming in the pool and I saw something strange in the tree about 10 feet away ..... it was a 3-toed sloth! We also had a number of up-close viewings of squirrel monkeys cavorting in the trees right around our deck and also down at the beach ..... fantastic! Also, the view from the deck down to the ocean is just stunning. The beach at Tulemar is beautiful. I really wasn't expecting much but man was I wrong. I found it to be as nice or nicer than the beach inside Manuel Antonio park and a lot less crowded. They also have a nice little bar down there where you can get lunch and drinks. Diego and Christopher are there to help you out with anything you need. They checked on us periodically to let us know about good restaurant and activity options. They also took care of some laundry we needed cleaned and helped us with activity reservations.

We recently stayed for a week here. For basically the same price of the major hotels here, there is no comparison. We stayed in Casa panorama, beautiful views, monkeys on the balcony in the morning. The service at this property between Diego, Vanessa and Chris is beyond attentive. If you stay here, we had Chris cook for us 3 times. The meals at the restaurants in town are a little pricey, Chris hands down is the best way to go here. His love for cooking shows thru, his meals were fantastic and he's a great guy. Diego and Vanessa we're extremely helpful and checked in every day with us to see what we needed, what our activity is, etc. Costa Rica is great, but if I stayed elsewhere I can't say that the experience would have been as great. Everyone we talked to or visited us on the property couldn't believe they missed this place. Having a private beach here on the property is huge too. David down at the beach does it all for you basically. In summary, so glad I found this place, I'll be back.

I wish there was a way to preserve the feeling of pure delight my family and I had as the amazing Diego showed us around our home for five wonderful days, Casa Panorama. It would be wonderful to be able to bottle that feeling up and pull it out during a stressful time in "real life"! There's not much way to add to the accolades mentioned in all the other reviews of Tulemar. To begin with, the service is first class. Diego and Chris are absolutely going to make sure you have what you need to make your vacation perfect, and that means checking in daily to see what those needs are! Second, the accommodations in Casa Panorama are lovely-clean, comfortable, most anything you need for an enjoyable stay. And if the first two don't tempt you, the private beach is hands down the icing on the cake. I can't imagine having to take a taxi to the public beach and the problems that would go along with that. Here at Tulemar, it is a nice walk, complete with monkeys and sloths, down to the very private beach. And once there, more people to make sure your stay is all you want it to be! Boogies boards, kayaks, food and drinks, chairs, towels, and when you have to leave, a van to take you back UP the hill to your lovely house. I just wonder who is sitting on MY deck watching the sunset there tonight!

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful nights in Casa Panorama. We are so happy that we ended up here. Our concierge, Chris, was nothing short of amazing. He picked us up from the airport, showed us around town, and around the property, brought us to our room (explained everything to us) and even cooked us an amazing meal one of our nights! He's a great chef, and it was so fun having a private dinner in our room, and also getting to know him better. He also helped us make reservations at other restaurants and just ensured that our stay was as perfect as can be. The only downside to Tulemar is that depending on where your room is, it's a bit of a hike up to the main road. (And to the beach, for that matter.) They do have a free shuttle which is very handy, but one night we waited forever for the shuttle that said it would only be 10 minutes. Tico time... really not a big deal. We found the room to be very comfortable and clean, and loved just hanging out on the deck looking at the view. When we come back to Costa Rica, we would definitely stay at Tulemar again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in Casa Panorama Upper for a short stay in May 2011. When we walked in we fell in love. Since it is someone's house that they rent out, it feels like exactly that, your home away from home. We greeted by our very gracious and friendly concierge, Kimberly, who was available for us 24/7. It was the perfect way to end our action packed trip, relaxing near the beach! We miss Costa Rica!

I just wanted to write you a quick email and say how wonderful everything was at our recent stay at Casa Panorama. My husband and I just left Casa Panorama last week after a 5 night stay for our honeymoon and I must say -we miss it already! Casa Panorama and Tulemar truly was one of the most beautiful places we have ever been and it made quite and impression on both my husband and I. Also, I just want to say how wonderful both Diego and Chris were to us! They were both so helpful and right there ready to assist our every need! We have already passed along the information to a few of our friends and can hopefully plan a trip for next year! Many, many thanks! Johana and Michael
