This comfortable 4 bedroom home is situated on a corner landscaped lot. The fence on the rear boundary allows privacy while using the heated pool; the covered lanai enables guests to observe what's going on in the pool and to share a meal or drinks without direct exposure to the sun.
The house is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen inside as well as a gas barbecue in the screened in pool area, There is also a wide choice of local dining options available. You could easily eat at a different restaurant every night of your stay and whether your preference is southern barbecue or Asian fusion you will find it nearby. The same applies to shopping. Walmart is just around the corner, a Nike outlet that stocks women's sneakers up to ladies 15, and the full gamut of famous brand name outlet and full service stores.
We are 22 miles from the Orlando International Airport. The world class attractions that Central Florida are known for are within a short drive of our home. Yet it's a quiet neighborhood that you'll return to after a day at the sights. Or maybe you'd like to rent the house for the season, entice the friends and family to visit and send THEM to the attractions while you relax by the pool!

We stayed in this beautiful Villa for 3 weeks in Feb/10. It is very well lovely and comfortable, the pictures do not do it justice, we were thrilled to be so close to everything. The owners were wonderful and extremely helpful, the only reason we are not staying there this year is that it is not available in our time frame. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in total comfort and still be close to everything. Thank you Jane and Denis for sharing your wonderful Villa with us.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Jan, Feb. Mar, April ... $1800/month Preference will be given to long term tenants and consideration will be given if you rent for the season. Weekly rentals (from April through December start at $775 and go to $1085 plus pool heat and are handled by a local property manager management company.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Point:
We chose to buy in the Orlando-Kissimmee area because it is so unlike our home in upstate New York. Our home in Indian Point is in a neighborhood, there are happy sounds around us, the neighbors (many are from the UK or northern Europe as are short term visitors)are friendly. We wanted company from to visit us from home and there is plenty for them to do in the area when they do.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We have so enjoyed the heated pool and the bicyle riding around the lake and the neighborhood. Disney World and Epcot are always amazing unparalled but an air boat ride through the freshwater lakes and swamps to see the wildlife should not be missed.
