Can't wait to come back Left on 02/01/2011 for a stay in November 2010 Prior to going down to Huatulco, I was a bit skeptic about a number of things. I wanted to be sure that it was safe, that there was enough to do and that the place that I was staying at provided a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I can report back that I achieved all of those and more. I was shocked to find that Casa anita provided me with more security than I am used to in the us!!! It was, by far, the most relaxing and incredible experience that I have had on vacation and would hope that all of my friends and other family members that weren't down there will be able to have the pleasure of staying at such a wonderful place. I was extremely pleased to find that there are many unique and exquisite restaurants in the area. I am eager to book another vacation down at Casa anita and hope that many more of our friends can join us!!!

Luxurious Tropical Paradise Left on 02/01/2011 for a stay in December 2010 This was our first trip from Canada to Huatulco and we were a bid hesitant since we did not know much about Huatulco and the press has not been in favor of Mexico travel. What a surprise, a beautiful, very safe town surrounded by the mountains and beautiful beaches. The entire family loved Huatulco, but we hit the jackpot by staying in Casa anita. Everything the web site www.casaanita2007.com had promised was absolutely true. We loved our morning coffee on the large terrace overlooking the ocean, beach, pool and gardens. The colors of the impressive landscaping welcomed us every day. The condo is more than spacious for 4 adults with plenty of privacy. We enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the gourmet kitchen, but also used the BBQ outside. We are so happy that we were not stopped by all the bad publicity and found a new tropical paradise to return to. The staff was very helpful and friendly and always available, when needed. Thank you to the owner for sharing your beautiful Casa anita.

We chose to spend our honeymoon in Huatulco after reading rave reviews about the scenery, atmosphere, and culture of this seaside Mexican resort town. We've been to Cancun and the Riviera Maya, but we didn't like the heavily commercialized "Disneyland" feel or the overinflated prices. Huatulco turned out to be the perfect alternative, and we're already planning our first year anniversary for a return visit! We found Casa Anita through HomeAway because we were looking for a private and upscale place to spend our honeymoon, and we didn't need the extra amenities of a hotel (room service, etc). It turned out to be a fantastic decision, because we were almost the only ones staying at the condo complex (October is also the low season). Still, we never felt too isolated, because all of the personnel at Sueno del Mar (the condo complex) were extremely helpful in checking us in and out and providing recommendations during our visit. The Casa Anita unit itself is huge and very luxurious - it's the equivalent of a high-end condo in the US or Europe. The beds were comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms were outstanding, and the living room & dining rooms were exceptional. Although it was fun to enjoy all of the space ourselves, the unit could easily fit 4-6 people comfortably across its two bedrooms. One note: there are a lot of tiny sugar ants (it's a tropical environment, so it was expected), so definitely store any food or drinks or candy inside the fridge. The balcony overlooked the beautiful pool and lounging area, and the complex was only about a 5 minute walk from the Chahue beach. Taxi rides to the quaint downtown (la Crucecita) were cheap and easy to find. Next door is an outstanding spa, too! We highly recommend a visit! We´re back at home after a wonderful week in Huatulco at your place… Weather was very nice down there… Some other night we had rain but we enjoyed also beautiful sunny beach days, as well. It has been another lovely visit to Huatulco… we have been going down there for 10 times al least!!! Going by car has allowed us to go to a different bay every day, and even to go visiting Puerto Escondido and Mazunte Turtle Center. Everybody were very kind with us, and we loved your place, it is really beautiful. Thanks again We won´t hesitate to recommend your place with our friends, and we look forward to go another time with you...

Going by car has allowed us to go to a different bay every day, and also going visiting Puerto Escondido and Mazunte Turtle Center. Everybody at Casa Anita, and in Huatulco area, were very kind with us, and we loved everything about Casa Anita, location, amenities, decoration, services, privacy, it is really beautiful. Lovely condo, with all amenities. Large balcony overlooking picture perfect pool. Beautiful property, close to shopping and restaurants. Owner is thoughtful and responsive to all requests. Would go back in a heart beat!

Tropical Living at its Finest

This two bedroom, 2 bath unit is a beautiful home base for a delightful tropical holiday. The unit is one of only 22 units and is ideally located next to the pool and deck for lazy afternoons and is the centre point for congenial conversations with family, friends and neighbors. The pool is large enough to accommodate a variety of water activities including training laps. The delightful observation deck for ideal for whale watching, enjoying the Playa Chaue beach vistas and outdoor barbecues. The unit is well appointed with comfortable furnishing and decor which is evident in the photos included with the listing. The owner is very pleasant and conscientious regarding the booking and reservation process. In addition, the complex manager and support staff are most helpful and quick to respond to the needs of renters. The complex is situated within walking distance to the community of La Crucecita and its delightful shops, people and restaurants. On balance, the unit is all that one would expect and the owner, manager, support staff and other residents combine to create a warm, hospitable environment for visitors. We have no hesitation in recommending this to others who are looking for comfortable and friendly holiday environment to enjoy the delights of Huatulco.

Amazing luxurious condo in gorgeous Huatulco paradise!

I've stayed in numerous condos and hotels in Huatulco and this was by far my favorite and most memorable experience! The property is very luxurious, clean, private, and stunning. My family and I had a great time relaxing at the pool, exploring the pueblo, enjoying the nearby park, and the local cuisine! I would reccomend to anyone looking for a great vacation with family, friends, or a romantic escape.

Unsere Traumreise nach Huatulco hat alle unserer Erwartungen uebertroffen. Nach einer angenehmen Reise von Deutschland nach Huatulco wurden wir von einem mehrsprachigen Fahrer am Flughafen abgeholt. Die Fahrt zu Casa Anita dauerte nur 15 Minuten. Alleine der Eingang zur Wohnanlage hat uns schon beeindruckt. Das freundliche Personal war sofort hilfreich zur Stelle und hat uns waehrend des gesamten Urlaubes bestens betreut. Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum und die Beschreibung wird in der Realitaet uebertroffen.Grosszuegige Wohneinteilung mit hohen Decken, exquisite Moebel, tolle Gemaelde und Dekoration. Die auessert bequemen Betten laden zu einem erholsamen Schlaf nach langer Reise ein. Der Ausblick uebers Meer und die Bucht sind unbeschreiblich und Fotos koennen diese fantastische Aussicht kaum wiedergeben. Die Poolanlage und Gaerten sehr geschmackvoll angelegt sind eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum Strand, der vor der Tuer ist. An manchen Abenden haben wir auch einen gemuetlichen Grillabend am Pool verbracht. Insgesamt koennen wir uns nur bei den Eigentuemer bedanken, sie haben alle unsere Erwartungen uebertroffen und wir freuen uns schon auf den naechsten Besuch in ihrem Penthouse, Los Suenos, im gleichen Gebaeude wie Casa Anita. Went to Huatulco with a few girlfriends for a week long getaway. We were absolutely blown away by the great view, accommodating staff, and luxurious space we lived in. Extremely well furnished, gorgeously landscaped grounds. Pool, beach, lounging area, spas, and park…all right there. The staff was extremely helpful in helping organize all activities- boat tours, waterfall tour, snorkeling. Very safe- guard at all times, gated community!! A definite recommendation to all- families, couples, friends. Will be returning soon.
