Casa Anita is one of 22 units of the architectural delight, Sueño del Mar-"Ocean Dream", which is set like a gem on the Bay of Chahue in Bahias de Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico, bordering the wide, sandy, and serene beach of Chahue Bay. The Master Bedroom suite offers a walk-in closet and King size bed, pillow top mattress, a second bedroom suite with a king-size bed with an additional balcony overlooking the dramatic mountain range. There are ceiling fans in every room and also A/C. Each one of the oversized 2 full modern bathrooms is equipped with marble counters, oversized marble showers and high quality finishes.
The stylish modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It also features a breakfast bar and spacious cabinets. For your convenience there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer located inside the unit. And, for those guests that are enjoying an extended stay in Casa Anita and need work facilities, a private work area with a desk, high speed internet offers the comfort of a home away office.
The condo is in a gated community with direct walkway access to Chahue beach and beach clubs, a beach walk promenade and its neighboring full-service spa. The 80 foot free-style swimming pool with a water fall and overarching bridge is surrounded by beautifully designed landscaping and fountains. The ample sitting area on the lounging deck with brilliant views of the golden sand beach, azure waters and garden is particularly atmospheric and scented by unique flowers and splashes of yellows and reds.
