This newly furnished Manhattan Apartment is a full one bedroom home that is all yours for your NYC visit or business trip. Our furnished apartments are unoccupied and kept strictly for Guest Rentals. Only your belongings will fill the drawers and closet. The building has an elevator and this apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
Everything in this Apartment is Brand New! This is an unoccupied apartment which means that it is kept strictly for Guest Rentals, so only your belongings will fill the closets, drawers, tabletop, cabinets and refrigerator.
This fully furnished Manhattan Apartment has exposed brick walls throughout the apartment, giving it a warm and inviting feel. You enter the Living room through a glass French door, and the living room has a lovely tan Sofa Pullout Couch (Queen Bed), a large screen TV, nice lighting and windows facing North. The bedroom, on the other side of the apartment, has a Queen bed with top quality linens, down pillows and down comforter.
The eat in kitchen has a table for four and everything you need to cook full meals. (However, every restaurant imaginable is right out the door and within a block or two. There is also a popular NYC Bagel store across the street, a Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Pizzeria's, Deli's and diners all within one block.)
There are plenty of fresh towels and linens on hand during your stay. There is Complimentary Wireless Internet, Cable TV/DVD, unlimited local and long distance phone service within the US and Canada (yes, free!).
We are taking reservations at a reduced price of $189/night for the month of November as this is a new property for us. (We have 4 other Manhattan VRBO listings). December is $199 per night. This home is located in Manhattan's prestigious Upper Eastside neighborhood, located on east 75th Street between York and First Avenues.
