Park City 3 great mountain resorts will provide you excellent ski and great Summer vacation. Fresh air, many restaurants, clubs, shops and ets. Our condo is just close to all of these. In Town location, afordable, comfortable for One or Two people -this is great place to come for your Winter or Summer vacation.
For Sundance Festival Visitors there is also very convenient location. We have a several movie Theatres within walking distance from our home. To any others you can get by Free bus during minutes.
All our resorts are working in Summer too and provide great vacation for all family. Beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir is just 8 minutes from home and provide to our Guests great fishing and different kinds of water activities.
Our Gold Rated Main floor Studio has full kitchen with dining, new furniture and appliances, comfortable queen size bed, jetted tub, ceiling fans, extra sink/vanity area, special place for ski, free cable TV, free WIFI. New A/C -Heater unit. Studio includes all bedding and linen, towels, cutlery, crockery and sauce pans. Also we have toaster, microvawe, coffee/tea maker, blender, hairdryer, iron and iron board. Coin laundry facilities next door from Studio on the same floor. Elevator. Studio was completely remodeled in 2008: slate floor, new furniture and appliances, paint, new heater and a/Conditioner, new window. This Studio is comfortable for One or Two people for short or long terms.
This charming Condo/Studio has great in town location -very close to ALL YOU NEED: 2 of ski resorts (Park City and Deer Valley) and Historiacal Main Street (Old Town) are within minutes from home. Just few steps from home there is a great Trail along the mountains for hiking, biking, x-country skiing.
Headquarters of the International Sundance Film Festival is in next door at the Park City Marriott Hotel. Many Movie Theatres,restaurants, clubs, Bars are within minutes walk from home. Condo is just few steps from Free Bus Route.
All year Heated outdoor swimming pool and indoor hot tub are just 1 level down by elevator which is great for relax after day of Ski. Free parking lot (underground or outdoor).
This Studio is just steps from free bus route to resorts, town, etc.
Free bus runs from morning until night. Also very convenient next door at the Marriott Hotel is a restaurant and club. Salt Lake City Airport -36 miles.

Why the Owner Chose Carriage House
This condo/studio is in great condition,afordable and very comfortable for 1-2 people vacation.We have bought this vacation property in mountains to use from time to time for us and rent it out when we cannot use it for any reasons. The property was newly remodeled in 2008, super clean and very convinient located. Close to everything! Park City Resort, Deer Valley Resort, Main Street within minutes from home. Walking distance to several Restaurants, bars, clubs, movie theatres.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio
We love cross country ski, fishing and Sundance Film Festival. We also love to visit a lot of Art Galleries on Main Street. This property is very close to movie theatres and so we can walk. Also our studio is just few steps from great trail along the mountais. Absolutely great fishing in Summer and in Winter. We had never any problems with parking even in Sundance Festival period. In Summer there are Dear Valley Music Festival and Art Festival. Beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir is just minutes from home. Discounted Lift passes can be ordered by special request.

I and my husband Leland are retired now. Before this Lee worked as Real Estate Appraiser for the County. We have purcased this lovely condo in 2008 to visit Park City from time to time to ski, walking, restaurants, shopping, arts, film and music festivals etc. This beautiful remodeled main floor Studio is very comfortable for 1-2 people. We have here all we need for interesting and active vacation in any time of the year. Park City has 3 ski resorts in Town. But there are other different ski and Summer resorts out of Park City but pretty close: Jordanelle, Sundance, Snow Basin and others.

We stayed there in June. It was a great place. Nice and clean. Loved the jetted tub. Great price. Owner was good to work with. All around very nice place to stay. We will probably stay there again.

The accommodations were nice and the bus ride to the lifts was minimal. We would stay here again this year if it wasn't booked!
