The place is peaceful, but offers you a full range of activities for you and your family: most of them included!
The Villa itself provides you with everything you need: On an area of 1900 sq feet (149 sq meters), it accommodates two bedrooms, one with a king size, the second with a queen size bed, both with their own bathrooms. Furthermore, there is a huge living room with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony provides a beautiful view on the beach and the palm trees in the green grass. Naturally, we provide you any necessities like towels and sheets. Also, the apartment has built-in air-conditioning, Cable TV and Internet, as well as washer and dryer.
For your perfect holiday experience, you have access to most of the amenities of the Resort, such as the beach and beach-side pool for lazy days in the sun, the spa area, the community pool and Jacuzzi just around the corner with a possibility of BBQ, two world famous 18-hole golf championship courses, tennis courts, water sports like jet skiing, kayaking or wind surfing, and finally numerous restaurants, lounges & entertainment venues. If that is not enough, you still have the opportunity to leave the resort to go snorkel or dive just nearby, or take a short trip to Old San Juan of the world-famous bio-luminescent bay on Vieques.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Iguanas are crossing your way on the way to the beach, the peacefulness, the beach was never touched or artificially changed. Having the kite-surfers on the one side, and the tropical rain forest when turning around seems to me like a unique experience.

I am native Austrian and grew up in the Tourist Industry, and 12 years ago I moved to Puerto Rico. I am considering Puerto Rico as one of the most attractive places in the world, so it was not a difficult decision to get engaged in the Tourism Industry again.

We were a party of 5 - the 2 bedrooms with the insuite bath was great. We used the pull out sofa for the 5th person which worked out just fine. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is updated with new appliances. The nearby pool and grounds are very pretty and beautifully maintained. The proximity to El Yunque and Liquillo Beach is very convenient, only about 10-15 minutes. We would recommend this property highly and would love to stay again on a future trip to that side of the island, it is a lovely resort property.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

The condo was beautiful. Nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Very spacious. The resort was easily accessible and very beautiful. The owners were very helpful and accomodating.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.
