Why the Owner Chose Kennebunkport
We moved to the Kennebunks in the early 1990’s to raise our 2 children in this idyllic seaside community. We lived on Ocean Ave our first couple of years in town and currently live across the river in Kennebunk. This is an outstandingly beautiful area with great shops, restaurants, beaches, boating… We look forward to moving into 82 Ocean ourselves in a few years.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Water on 3-sides. You can sit on the sun-porch and watch the boats come and go on the River. Or on the back patio you can be on a secluded tidal cove. An easy .4 mile walk to Dock Square to the north with its unique shops and restaurants or .5 miles to a quiet sandy beach to your south.

We have hired a professional designer and are working on numerous home improvements during the 2009/2010 winter to make this a one of a kind rental by the Spring of 2010.
