Why the Owner Chose Royal Dunes Resort
We came for a visit to Hilton Head and decided to buy. It is so beautiful and peaceful here, yet plenty to do - IF - we want to stay active. We enjoy the beach and love people watching, reading, and swimming; not to mention watching the grandkids build sand castles and run in and out of the water. Our kids are golfers and can't get enough of the local courses. My wife likes to shop and visit those local out of the way treasure spots.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The Resort is a short walk to the beach, down the street is a "Starbucks" and a cinema for the kids while we can shop at the local mall. With 30 championship golf courses, tennis, and biking, plus family fun centers, we are so busy when we come to our vacation home we dedicate a day to do puzzles and play games.

My wife and I live in the Pacific Northwest and while we love the numerous outdoor activities Oregon has to offer, it's wonderful to come to Hilton Head for some warmth, tennis, and golf.
We have three children and four grandchildren that love having Pappa take them to the beach or biking. (Pappa thinks it's kind of special too!)
