A spacious and warm three bedroom, three bathroom (2 master suites each with private bath; 3rd bedroom has 2 twins - sleeps 8) condo has all the benefits of home, plus the luxury of being only 5 minutes to the beach, golf, and tennis. Resort Conominium International has given the Royal Dunes Resort it's highest award, the 5-star Gold Crown Award.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has all the cookware, appliances, and amenities you need; plus there are four TV's, a walk-out patio for dining or that relaxing evening glass of wine. Complimentary IN-ROOM wireless internet, free newspaper, in-room washer and dryer, all create a luxurious welcoming atmosphere. The villa is quite large and charming with plenty of room for everyone to feel like they have some private space. Royal Dunes Resort is not one of those mega-resorts where you have to put your towel out at 6am to reserve your pool lounge chair. It's a smaller, quieter, homey resort where you feel and are treated like family.
Our concierge can help you with tee times for the three golf courses in Port Royal (or the other 27 on the island), tennis at Port Royal's world class facilities, bike rentals, and restaurant reservations. Port Royal's three courses are only minutes away and reasonably priced.
The beach is minutes away (use the free golf cart if you don't want to walk) has a playground, restroom and shower facilities is one of the nicest beaches on the island. The Westin Resort, within walking distance has restaurants, shopping and resort facilites. Or hit Starbucks, the market, and shopping, only a few minutes drive away.

Why the Owner Chose Royal Dunes Resort
We came for a visit to Hilton Head and decided to buy. It is so beautiful and peaceful here, yet with plenty keep us entertained - IF - we want to stay active. We enjoy walking to the beach and sitting by the pool. We love to kayak and find those quiet water channel with grass on either side of us where we feel like we're in another world. Our kids can't get enough of the local courses. My wife likes to shop and visit the out of the way spots for the perfect treasure to take home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Resort is a short walk to the beach, down the street is a cinema, grocery shopping at the Port Royal Plaza Shopping Center, plus restaurants aplenty. With 30 championship golf courses, tennis, and biking, plus family fun centers, we are so busy when we come to our vacation home we dedicate a day to stay in and play games.

My wife and I live in the Pacific Northwest and participate in all the outdoor activities Oregon has to offer. Hilton Head is such a special place to vacation; we enjoy golfing, the beach, the sun, biking, kayaking, and challenge each other daily for the ping pong championship of the world!
We have three children and four grandchildren. The grandkids love having Papa take them to build sand castles, kayak or bike and hike along the paths. (Papa thinks it's kind of special too!)
