Are you looking to spend some quality time at the beach this summer? Then look no further. This bay front condo features spectacular views from the balcony overlooking the calm bay and sandy beach area. Sea World Fireworks display can be seen nightly throughout the summer from the balcony. The condo is modernly furnished and very well maintained. It is perfectly located on the bay and walking distance from the beach (Pacific Beach), shopping, bars, clubs and restaurants. The boardwalk is located just steps from the front entrance and is great for running, biking, rollerblading or just taking a leisurely stroll.
Some features include: custom granite and cabinets in the kitchen, as well as stainless steel appliances and tiled back-splash. Flat screen TVs have no visible wires with in-wall speakers. Master bedroom has custom closet and AV system. The master bath has custom granite counter tops, tile and shower. The office area has computer, printer, wi-fi and sound system.
Relatively Quiet area of Pacific Beach, close to Crown Point. The exterior of the building has recently been remodeled. Note, the picture of the big square pool is not part of the complex. The complex does have a pool, but it's much smaller.

The location couldn't be better. The condo is within a stone's throw from the beach, boardwalk and a short walk to the playground. Our 2 year old was in heaven. The condo was well appointed with lots of kitchen gear and the owner was responsive and helpful. We were very disappointed with the pool. The pool in the condo picture belongs to the condo next door. We needed/wanted a pool to swim in with our kid and the one we had access to was a) closed and b) very small.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Great location for a vacation. Perfect for long walks on the bay and taking in the view from the patio deck. This place had a great kitchen and awesome bathrooms. We stayed in this awesome condo on sail bay for two months!! We felt like we were in a high end hotel! The queen bed in the master bedroom was super comfy and the flat screen mounted on the wall made it the ultra lounging experience! The master bath shower is the BEST shower experience I have ever had! Felt like you're standing under a tropical waterfall. The modern kitchen and living room is perfect for entertaining or just having quiet nights alone. One of the other things we loved was spending every morning with coffee and evening with wine on the lanai (balcony). You get a great view of the bay and fireworks. He has custom stereo set up where you an get music from your ipod or radio in every room (including lanai)!! we just loved our stay here and recommend it highly!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo is located right on the boardwalk which takes you around the bay, to the beaches, Belmont Amusement park, shopping, restaurants and much more. Rent a beach cruiser for the week and really get the whole experience of living on the beach! Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony while taking in the SeaWorld fireworks display all summer long. There is a park just one block away that is very kid friendly. The Catamaran Hotel is just 3-4 blocks away and has many rental options (bikes, kayaks, etc). You can also take the Bahia Belle, a "Turn of the Century," Mississippi-style sternwheeler, around the bay and it picks up at the Catamaran! The condo itself is fully furnished and recently remodeled. There are a stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, flat screen TV's and surround sound AV system. The master bath shower has pebble flooring and a raindrop shower head. My favorite! It is very comfortable and relaxing place, especially when sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or evening cocktail.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
