Super kitchen with counter that sits six and generous dining room (seats 10) connected to a screen porch with a fold-away wall to make for a large entertainment area. Teak table on screen porch for outdoor dining. Large patio with many lounges and outdoor chairs. "Cabana" kitchen off pool area has refrigerator, dishwasher, and toaster oven to make refreshments poolside even more convenient.
Watch the boaters in the bay or join them in yours. There's a dock just feet from the back door.
