We are two brothers who have lived and loved Paris for over 20 years. The core of our job is craftsmanship. We fully refurbish all types of Parisian flats. In 2007, we bought our first studio in “Le Marais” ( Résidence Poitou ). Once restored and decorated, we have decided to start short terms rentals: SOGECRI RENTALS was born. Passionate about travelling, Quentin loves meeting people with different backgrounds. He will be more than happy to organize your booking and meet you at your arrival. Reachable 24/7, he will be as available as possible during your stay. The other brother, François, can do anything with his two hands, maintains and makes sure that all the equipment at your disposal works safely and properly: In the unlikely event of a breakdown, he will take care of fixing the problem very shortly.
