  This apartment is a great value. We especially loved the location, very handy to the metro and in the midst of many shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and he met us on arrival and explained everything. The apartment is secure, clean and comfortable. The bed is especially comfy and the shower wonderful. We didn't cook, but made coffee each morning and used the washer. Free phone to the US and WiFi is an added bonus. Our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood was Les Bonne Soeurs, a short walk on the way to Place des Voges. Will highly recommend and use again.

  My girlfriend and I were meant to stay at the apartment for 7 nights, but as we got stuck down with a bug in London we arrived in Paris late and only got to stay there for 3 nights. Quentin and Francois (managers of the apartment) were brilliant in providing us documentation that assisted us in getting our money back for the lost accommodation through our insurance company. They provided us a letter to confirm that we had arrived late due to illness. As for the apartment itself, it was perfect. Clean, modern and with everything you can possibly need. The location within Le Marais was brilliant. So close to transport and only a short walk away from Notre Dame. I would highly recommend the apartment!! Thanks again for the great stay Francois and Quentin. We'll be back! :)

  We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at Residence Tournelles! The flat was nicely decorated and offered all the amenities we needed and wanted. There was a small kitchen which a fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, pans and other accoutrements for cooking. The kitchen has a small washing machine which can handle small loads. The bathroom is small yet efficient, and has a fantastic towel warmer, which we also used to dry some clothing. The bed was a piece of heaven at the end of a long day. The flat also offered a desk top, Wifi and satellite TV. The French channels were great to work on our French, and it was nice having the BBC, Sky News and France 24 in English as well. Did I mention the location? It is the perfect location. Just minutes from Bastille, Place des Vosges, the Seine, and the Marais. The Lourve, Pompidou Center, Hotel De Ville, Ile Saint Louis, and Notre Dame are all within 15-20 minute walk. It's also minutes from Bastille, St. Paul and Chemin Vert metro stations. You can also walk less than five minutes to catch the number 69 which takes you to the 7eme with numerous stops in between. And lastly, Quentin was a pleasure to work with. It was easy to book and he was there to greet us upon our arrival. We're already planning our next trip back!

  We recently stayed at this lovely apartment and couldn't have asked or needed anything more! This is a studio size place with everything that we needed. It was very clean, PERFECT location, and Quentin could not have been more helpful. He met us when we arrived early and allowed us to leave our stuff here while he cleaned and we were able to go out and see Paris. He was very helpful with information in getting around time and getting to the train station, which was very easy by the way. The bathroom was rather small, however it was still functional. It was especially nice to have the washing machine and convenience of a kitchen. We walked everywhere from here!! 10 min walk to Notre Dame, 15 to Louvre, and 30 to Eiffel Tower. It was wonderful to go everywhere on foot so we could really see the sites and sounds of Paris! Everything was exceptionally clean and we never ran into any issues. We will definitely stay again our next time in Paris!!

  We stayed for five days on our first trip to Paris. We read horrible reviews about hotels being cramped, dirty and expensive, so we decided to take a chance on this flat. All the rave reviews are spot on!!!! The flat is exactly as advertised, no bait and switch here. It is clean, comfortable and by Parisean standards quite spacious. Our top priority was a comfortable bed, and this one delivered. After miles of exploring we slept like logs in the large, comfy bed. The neighborhood was not only safe but CHARMING. We experienced the real Paris, not touristy Paris. Everything was accessible via public transportation. The landlords were honest, helpful and accommodating. You can rent ANY of their properties with confidence, knowing they are well appointed and well maintained. If you are one of those travelers who expects everything to be "American" then bring your own washcloths as they are not popular in Europe. If you're looking for a great home base to explore Paris then this is for you. I cannot sing the property owners' praises enough!

  We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed the neighborhood immensely, especially the close proximity to good restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores. The apartment was accurate to the pictures on the website. Only inconvenience was the internet, which at times was slow. Entrance to the building and courtyard was separated by two gates so we felt very secure during our whole stay. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient location to stay in Paris.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The place was extremely clean and well decorated. It faces a courtyard away from the street and was therefore very quiet despite being in the busy Marais area. The street the apartment was located on was itself pretty quiet even though it was very close to the Bastille metro stop. Quentin's brother was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay here again or in any other properties Quentin owns and rents. It was very nice to have free international calls back to the US and free internet access. I thought having a DVD player with some movies available was a nice touch as well, especially if you don't want to watch the news all the time.
