Our professionally decorated, Platinum rated unit is located on the 20th floor giving it fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico, it's white sandy beaches, and front row seats to PCB's spectacular sunsets!
Six can sleep, eat and relax comfortable in the unit. The master bedroom has a king-size bed plus a TV and DVD playerl There's also a queen-size sleeper sofa and two twin bunks.
Our condo has two full bathrooms - one with shower and tub and the other has a walk-in shower w/ a built-in bench. Both have added cabinet and storage space.
The well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel, upgraded appliances make it easy to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. It also features a programmable coffee maker, electric can open, toaster, microwave, disposal, and solid surface counter tops.
After a full day of fun relax and gaze at the beautiful beach in the tiled family room or watch a favorite (free) movie on DVD. The comfy sofa and chairs are perfect for "just taking it easy"!
If you want to get some fresh air recline on the balcony equipped with captain's chairs, pub table, and a lounge chair. Watch the dolphins frolic, spot a shrimp boat, or simply marvel at the beautiful clear Gulf! It doesn't get much better than that!!
The unit also has washer/dryer, two cordless phones, free movie rental (located in the office), free covered parking, free high-speed Internet access, children's game room, work out room, outdoor hot tub, and two Gulf-front swimming pools (one's heated!). We offer on-site check in and a full service front desk!
Seychelles is conveniently located within walking distance of St Andrew's Park (see map), the Marina, many excellent restaurants, water park, the zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing diving, snorkeling and lots of other attractions. See our map for locations of some our favorites!!!!

Why the Owner Chose Seychelles
We love the beach...especially the Gulf of Mexico! We chose to buy in Panama City Beach because it has the most gorgeous white sand and aqua water. LOVE IT!!
Great fun for everyone!! Fishing, Canoeing, boat ramp, picnic areas, hiking, biking, beach, boats to Shell Island, and beautiful shallow lagoon for kids to swim
Great atmosphere with views of the Grand Lagoon and fishing boats. This restaurant has won many awards!! Try the brownie cake with ice cream!!!
This is a really fun restaurant located on the Grand Lagoon with both indoor and outdoor seating. Menu has Key West flair and features unbelievable sushi!! Oh, and they have live music.

200-acres dedicated to outdoor fun. There are playgrounds, ball fields, tennis courts, picnic areas, saltwater fishing pier, fresh water youth fishing lake, greenways, trails, outdoor basketball.

Both of us grew up (and now live) in "landlocked 'Lanta". We were residents on the Atlantic coast of Florida for several years and loved the beach. Then we discovered the Gulf coast.....WOW!!!
