Only a few complaints to mention. I was told that the house had wireless internet. upon arrival it did not work,(which I need for my job). I called the owner and he told ME to call the internet company and get them to turn it on! First off, the owner should do this, not the renter, after all I AM ON VACATION, HELLO. I called the internet provider and got no where after 20 minutes on the phone. So twice a day i had to drive all the way into town to go into a sandwich shop to use their wi fi to conduct business. That was a royal pain. The owner never even bothered to call back to see if I was able to get it turned on. The second issue was the fireplace which was gas did not work. Not a big deal but hey, this is a vacation and this is why we spend our money to rent a house like this, for the ammenities and comforts. There where other minor items barely worth mentioning like NO electrical outlet in the bathroom.parts of the house where dirty, water was in the basement and it smelled like a swamp. other then these minor issues it was an OK house.

My family and I stayed at this house in July of 2010. To be fair the house was in nice condition. Very good location and lots of room. The downside is that even after numerous calls to Mark the owner regarding permits for beach access, problems with spiders all throughout the upstairs bedrooms and eventually trying to get our security deposit back, we have still not received a returned phone call. We have owned rental property ourselves in Naples Fl and are well aware of leaving a property in great condition. We have done just that but have yet to receive our deposit or any explanation. Be wary of this owner.

Our family rented this home for a week. The house is nice, clean and comfortable. It's location is good (driving distance to everywhere you want to be) The only disapointing part was that the beach passes that was promised was no where to be found and Mark never returned any of our calls during our week's stay. We ended up paying for beach access. After returning home, we never received our security deposit back, we have made plenty of calls to Mark's phone and even emailed him. We get NO respond back. This has left a disapointed feeling and we will not return to this home.

The house was Beautiful, Very Clean and Well Maintained. It really did have everything we could have wanted or needed. Also a great location, close to everything, everyone in the family all three generations had a great time. I would recommend to anyone and look forward to our next vacation there. Thank you Mark for letting us enjoy your home!!
