Enjoy having your own totally private swimming pool surrounded by more lush gardens. The azure blue-tiled pool is available to you night or day in perfect seclusion. Villa Jazmin provides luxury living with the excitement of Costa Rica right outside your front door.
Experience the relaxation of the great room which is complete with TV (cable) and DVD player. A sound system flows throughout the villa, with iPod cable connection and volume controls in each room including the pool and patio area. Bring your favorite CDs and movies to enjoy the comforts of home. Broadband internet connection is free.
The fully equipped kitchen features all the dishes/utensils you will need, and the most modern American-style appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, cook top, deluxe refrigerator ice maker, filtered water, microwave, coffee pot w/ coffee grinder, toaster oven, blender, garbage disposal and an outdoor propane barbecue in the patio area.
For your convenience, there is a complete laundry room with washer and dryer. Every second day full maid service also adds to the comfort and ease of your stay. Add air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the villa.
Are you relaxed yet? Now you have time to go to the beach, which is just across the street. Beautiful Playa Langosta is a secluded, white sand beach. Take a romantic sunset walk or simply lounge for the day. Langosta is perfect for sunbathing, surfing or an exhilarating dip in the warm Pacific Ocean.
Returning to the villa, each of the three air-conditioned bedrooms has its own complete bathroom and shower. But these are no ordinary showers. Each bedroom's shower has its own tropical garden!
The upstairs front bedroom has an elegant sitting area (complete with wet-bar) where you can have cocktails and watch the sunset. The upstairs back bedroom overlooks the pool and tropical backyard.
And, the spacious master bedroom boasts its own garden patio where you can relax and enjoy the soothing fountain - in complete privacy.
If you are interested in local activities, the sunset sailing cruises and deep sea fishing excursions are remarkable! You can rent surf boards or boogie boards for the waves of Tamarindo Bay. Horseback riding along the beach is very popular as are the canopy tours through the local jungle forests.

My husband and I are retired and live in San Jose, CA. We thoroughly enjoy traveling to Costa Rica, and I have been doing so for over 13 years. One thing I love about having a vacation rental in Costa Rica is helping people to optimize their holiday experience in this beautiful country. Owning Villa Jazmin affords us the opportunity to stay in Tamarindo 2-3 times a year which keeps us up to date with the area and local amenities. We have found the town of Tamarindo to be the ideal vacation spot with its gorgeous beaches, water activities, wonderful weather, friendly locals, unique shopping and restaurants with a wide selection of cuisines.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Langosta
After realizing that this was my favorite vacation spot in the world, I decided that it was the perfect place for my second home. Sharing it with you is an added bonus.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Here are the highlights of what I love to do in Tamarindo: eat out, BBQ in, take daily walks and/or horseback rides along the beach, play golf, sit in the morning sun with my coffee, nap on the lounge chairs, walk to town to shop and have macadamia nut pancakes, pineapple pie or shrimp tacos.
