Our home sits on a lot that is nearly 12000 square feet with 2100 square feet of living space in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the McDowell Mountains.
The Chef's kitchen has travertine tile floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances overlooking the great room where we have a flat screen TV, fireplace, sleeper sofa and surround sound stereo system.
The kitchen walks out to a huge balcony area that has a barbeque Island and overlooks the spectacular McDowell Mountains.
The master bedroom is large with travertine tile, king-size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet adjoined to the master bath that has travertine tile, dual sinks, glass walled shower and spa tub. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the large landscaped backyard with pool/spa/wet-bar/basketball court and plenty of seating for entertainment.
With two more bedrooms and another bath there is space for up to 8 people comfortably. The garage has room for two full size cars and the drive up to the garage can hold several cars or an RV easily.

My name is Jim and I'm originally from Chicago, IL, I currently live with my wife Jamie in Fountain Hills, Az. Which is several blocks from our rental. The home was originally purchased as a vacation home but when I moved here permanently it became too small for our family. I hope you enjoy our home as much as we did when we lived there.
Why the Owner Chose Fountain Hills
We purchased this home because of the nice quiet hometown feel that Fountain Hills brings, great schools, shopping and it's easy to get around. There is also a huge lake that has a fountain that shoot 250' in the air every hour 7 days a week. It has a long walking path around the lake for walking and jogging in a park like setting.
