Come "Live on Island Time" in our quiet, quaint, residential beach community. If you haven't discovered SUNSET BEACH, don't wait any longer !! We have one of the last unspoilt, uncommercialized beach communities in Florida.
This home has been beautifully decorated, and your every convenience is provided for - you need bring only your toothbrush. It is situated directly on the waterfront, just a couple minutes walk up to the best beach in Florida.
The cottage has been completely renovated and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping making it completely private. There is a patio plus two separate wood deck areas, and a BBQ grill and table with umbrella is provided for outdoor dining. French doors face the water from every room, including the private master suite with large bathroom - shower and separate spa tub. There is also an outdoor shower.
You can bring your pet with you too, although there is an extra deposit to cover any accidents. We love animals, and completely understand if you want yours with you.
This is the place to kick off your shoes, the perfect spot for peace and complete relaxation; gaze at the water and watch the dolphins play and the pelicans dive; bring your fishing rod and fish off your own dock; walk up to the clean, white, uncrowded, sandy beach to laze in the sun, or take a stroll to find the perfect shell. Watch the Sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, then return home to dine under the stars on your private patio, or walk to local restaurants and entertainment.
John's Pass Village is a few minutes drive away for shopping, dining and day or evening cruises. The lively downtown waterfront district of St. Petersburg is just a short drive - or Trolley ride -for shopping, movies, museums and more restaurants. If you are feeling more energetic, we are 30 minutes from Tampa Bay's Busch Gardens, Historic Ybor City, Channelside, the Ice Palace, etc. and just an hour and a half drive to Disneyworld, Sea World and Universal Studios. Sports enthusiasts will find plenty of entertainment - Football (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), Baseball (Devil Rays and N.Y. Yankees), Hockey (Tampa Bay Lightning) and Basketball (Orlando Magic).
