Year Purchased: 2009

Me and My wife and children live in Orange County, California and love to ski and enjoy what the winter here in Park City has to offer. This location really appealed to us because of the amenities if has to offer, shopping, movies, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, gym, bus service, and we never have to get in our car.

Why the Owner Chose Newpark

We bought this vacation home because of the amenities, and the townhouse is beautiful and was built with all upgrades.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome

The location is great, its like its own community. We can go to any of the three resorts and ski.
