Enjoy this newly renovated cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium. Located in Summit Cove, it is the perfect location for skiing and snowboarding. The free shuttle to most ski areas is right out the door and it is a short walk to the beautiful Lake Dillon.
Access world class ski mountains-Keystone (2 miles), Breckenridge (10 miles),Copper Mountain (15 miles), Arapahoe Basin (5 miles),and Vail/Beaver Creek (25 miles). This is the absolute best location in Colorado for winter activities.
Inside, you will feel right at home with the wood burning fireplace and hand crafted wood detail throughout. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a bathroom on each level. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a hot meal after a hard day of skiing.
We are a quick walk to Lake Dillon and miles of hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking in nearby White River National Forest. The Blue River runs through town and is great for fishing.
Or, enjoy skating, sleigh rides, tubing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, or ice fishing. In the evening, relax with a quiet stroll through downtown Dillon’s winter wonderland, especially in December, amid the sparkle and glow of thousands of holiday lights.
Christmas Week and Thanksgiving Week are open as of now, but hurry as this just became available.
To keep our rates low, we prefer to be paid by check. We will accept Pay Pal but at the rate they charge (2.9%).
