Why the Owner Chose Cook
Lake Vermilion is one of the most popular lakes in northern Minnesota. It is 40 miles long and has 365 islands and 1200 miles of shoreline. It is a glacial shield lake which is exceptionally pristine. Large pines and many deciduous trees make up the beautiful forests. Year round recreation area, boating, sailing, kayaking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling.

The home is located just 5 miles from the town of Cook on a black-topped highway. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, large family-game room in lower level walk=out. Contemporary kitchen, large deck with gas barbeque, private dock and boathouse. Also a fire-pit area overlooking the lake.

Sally and Mark have operated Ludlow's Island Resort for over 35 years. The resort has been in the Ludlow family for over 70 years. We purchased this home away from the resort to offer a very private independent property for families.
