The condo was beautiful and had everything you needed already in it. We really enjoyed riding the bikes on the boardwalk every morning. The porch is wonderful to just sit out there and watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee. We couldn't of asked for a better condo to stay in. We are looking forward to booking again, for next year. Thank you Tony! Both condos were wonderful (We rented the one on 18th st and the one on 30th st). 18th St. was perfect for the in-laws so they could be close to the boardwalk and shops. Its was very nice and clean. Tony is great to work with. Look forward to next year!!

absolutely the best place to stay in ocean city. Been coming down for yrs and stayed at many places and have found that the location is unbeatable, the owners are awesome, very comfortable. We have come down and stayed here before and this place still feels like home away from home. Very convenient to everything. Cant wait to come back next yr and for many more, thank you ,thank you, thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful beach condo. As I stated on past reviews, If anyone stays here they will NOT be disappointed, it is well worth it if you can get the time..

A charming beach home away from home!!

What a fantastic condo!! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for a large family or lots of room for a small family to spread out. Many great ammenities included. One block away from the beach and boardwalk. Conveniently located, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Tony is very helpful and genuinely concerned that you have a great experience while staying in Ocean City. We will definitely recommend this to family and friends, and hope to return ourselves!

This was one of the best vacation homes I have ever stayed in. I was expection to stay in just a house next to the beach, but it turned out to be much more than that. This beach home, 100FT from the Boardwalk and Beach, supplied myself and my family with beach bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogy boards. If you wanted to stay in for the day because of bad weather, or any other unforseen reason, the home is supplied with board games, movies(VHS and DVD), has cable TV, and Radio. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. I definitely enjoyed my time there and will definitely try to secure this place for my next trip to Ocean City, Maryland. I want to sincerely thank the owners of this property for how easy they are to work with and for supplying me with the perfect vacation home.

Kap Family visit July 24-31 2010

What a great experience! My family loved the condo accommodations. Everything was very clean and newly rennovated. The book on the end table was extremely helfpul in finding new places to eat and visit. We had wonderful weather. It was great being so close to the beach and the area was fairly quite for being so close to the boardwalk. The next time we visit Ocean City we make every effort to stay at this property. Tony was great to work with... he is very professional... and hands on. The condo and it's accommodations were everything he promised they would be!

Long time vacationers to ocean city....always enjoy our time there.This was my families first time at your place and we absolutely loved it. Enhanced our time on vacation.Instead of putting down all the great features that your website already states i just want to let u know that your place was even better than it sounded. Wonderful Beach House

We were able to enjoy the house with our family and friends for 9 nights and enjoyed everything about it. The house was very clean and everything worked great. The kitchen was stocked better than any other house we've stayed at. We loved the fact that there were bicycles, beach chairs and bogie boards that we didn't have to bring with us. We loved being so close to the boardwalk and the beach, we only used the car once to go to a great resturant called the Crab Bag. We ate at Brass Balls (2), Phillips Crab House (2), Anthony's Roast Beef (2), Saharia and Laytons and they are all within walking distance and great.

Our spur of the moment vacation to Ocean City...

We made reservations with Tony on Wednesday and left for the beach Saturday morning. It was the perfect house for our family of six. The location was so convenient and so close to the boardwalk. We didn't even drive our car for three of the five days. The house was very clean and spacious. A very charming beach bungalow. Tony was so accomodating and so accessible to us. Our kids enjoyed it more than our usual vacation to Puerto Rico. We will definitely rent this treasure by the ocean again!

Fabulous week at the beach

My husband, son, and my best friend and her family all spent the week here at 101 Ocean Aire and we had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size, we all had comfortable sleep accomodations and the close proximity to absolutely everything made our week even more splendid. Tony was extremely accomodating and concerned that we had everything we needed to be comfortable and was never out of touch if we needed assistance. We will most definitely be back to this location when we schedule our next Ocean City trip.

Prime Location! Didn't drive my car all weekend!

Perfect location, wonderful 3 bedroom condo with new and fun beach decor! It had everything we needed and was spotless. We traveled with our 3 year old son...it was perfect for us. We could easily get to the beach with all the beach chairs and beach toys provided by the condo. We either walked or rode the tram where ever needed (condo was on the croner of 18th & Baltimore Ave). Try FishTales! Its on the bay side a few blocks up, close to Jolly Rogers. Perfect for kids. Can't wait for our next stay there!

My first impression was WOW! 100 yards from the boardwalk, clean and modern. Great place with tons of room for our large family. Beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards all brand new and free at the condo. We walked to everything and never had to use the car. This will always be my first choice at he beach and we are looking forward to returning late this summer!! Owner has very helpful and answered all of my questions. The pictures were extremely accurate and don't do the place justice. It's even nicer than the pictures. Highly recommend, you will be delighted, great place for a family vacation!!!

We stayed here during Easter break; absolutely great location 1/2 block from the boardwalk/beach; the place was so clean and neat and had everything you need to have a great time; the bedrooms were perfect for my daughter and her friend; perfect size for a family vacation; you can walk to everything;stores, beach, and restaurants.
