Quandry Lodge is a beautifully built 6800 sq. ft., six bedroom, six bath home that sleeps 14. It is located in Blue River three miles from downtown Breckenridge. This property boasts all top end appliances and fixtures. Central to the house is a beautiful gourmet kitchen connected to a dining room and great room for a perfect entertaining environment. The dining room table has seating for twelve plus three more at the kitchen bar. The living room, connected to the large wrap around deck, boasts an enormous fireplace, stunning views of Mt. Quandry, and ample space for guests to sit, relax and take it all in. Adjacent to the living/dining/kitchen is the master suite which includes a beautiful king bed with a flat screen HD/TV, enormous bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, beautiful, private walk-in shower, plus a personal laundry room. Located upstairs in the master suite is a study with a TV, sitting area and a queen pull-out couch.
On the other side of the house leading upstairs out of the great room is the guest suite. This suite boasts a living room with fireplace as well as a large walk-in closet and a full bath which is all connected to the bedroom with a king bed, TV/DVD player plus sitting/reading area and a pull-out queen bed couch.
Back on the ground floor right indoors off the back patio which contains an eight person hot tub, gas operated outdoor fireplace and grill is the mud room. Located in the mud room is a beautiful new 4-person sauna. Connected to this area is the bunk room with two queen beds beneath two full beds. Also located here is a bedroom with a queen bed, closet and TV/DVD player. These two rooms share a full bath. Moving downstairs you will be greeted by a six-seat movie theatre, connected to a full wet bar including a wine cooler, dishwasher and refrigerator, a full size pool table, cocktail table, beautiful fireplace and amazing surround sound. Down the hall from the the bar/entertainment area are two more large guest rooms complete with king beds, full baths and a shared laundry room.
This house contains a state of the art audio system with controllers in each individual room. Guests can control the music in each room with a wall mounted receiver with remote where they can adjust the volume and switch between radio, MP3/IPod, CD and XM Satellite radio.
The outside of the house is incredible, located on the side of the hill opposite from Mt. Quandry. The wraparound deck is enormous and perfect for entertaining during the summer, especially for events such as weddings, anniversaries, reunions, etc... There is plenty of parking with an RV garage, 3-car garage and space for up to ten cars in the driveway if parked correctly.

Summer Reunion - Fabulous Home!

Our family has been coming to the Breckenridge area for 3 years now for our yearly reunion. This home has by far been the best place we have stayed. The home is beautiful and large with an awesome location to have fun in the Colorado mountains. Our family reunion consisted of 16 people - ten adults and 6 children. We had plenty of room to spread out if needed but close enough to spend time together. The deck is fabulous and we spent alot of time looking at the incredible view. The back patio area with the fire pit was a favorite with the kids making smores and the adults gazing at so many stars! The house is very comfortable and very nicely decorated. It felt like home!! The grandkids really liked the theatre and when the adults spent time together upstairs, the kids enjoyed an awesome large screen and surround sound. Finding Nemo never looked so good. Hiking is right outside your back door and you have access to lots of trails. Not into hiking? A brisk walk around the neighborhood will match your appetite which we found ravenous. No worries. The gourmet kitchen was setup for the big meals we cooked. An outside grill added a little extra mountain flavor. The grandkids loved the hot tub while I personally loved one of the master bedrooms shower. I just can't say enough about this home. We can't wait for next summer! P.S. I didn't mention the wonderful Rocky Mountain flowers. They were everywhere as were the hummingbirds and critters that call Colorado home!

We celebrated my mom's 75th birthday in Breckenridge and the property was a great place for all our family to stay together and celebrate. We were excited for our stay based on looking at the pictures on the website but were blown away by the property once we actually arrived and got to see it in person. It snowed a good foot while we were there so the kids had lots of fun sledding down the driveaway. We also took advantage of the hot tub, sauna and the steam shower in the upstairs bathroom. For the family members that didn't ski or snow mobile, it was nice to stay at the house and just hang out watching the projection tv or playing games! We can't wait to go back.

My family has been their numerous times because it is absolutely beautiful, well kept and provides for fantastic entertainment when we are not skiing. The home is well equipped as I’m sure you already know and it has managed to please all ages of kids we’ve had there from 4 to 19. The home is first class and all that this implies and we have also stayed there with other friends and couples who are just floored by its beauty, breath-taking views and the close proximity to the town, skiing and scores of restaurants and night life.
