Enjoy this ideally located and newly renovated 1000 sq ft apartment with charming island decor. Full view of the pool from the second story balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the private marina and Biscayne Bay.

Our master bedroom has a king size bed, ample closet space, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with built-in Blue Ray DVD player and a wall to wall window looking over the pool. Our second bedroom has two twin size beds, wall to wall closet space and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and all bed linens, comforters and blankets are included.

The full bathroom is conveniently located between both bedrooms and has a large marble lined shower stall with curtain. The half bath is in the living space and it has a commode and sink. We include all the bath and pool towels. For your convenience, there is a stacked, clothes washer/dryer, and an ironing board with iron, should you need to freshen up your clothing.

If you enjoy cooking, we have a linear, fully equipped kitchen with a four burner stove and large oven, granite counter top and back-splash, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the pots, pans and utensils needed to prepare and enjoy a full meal.

Six people can sit around the glass top dining room table. The living room has two couches, one is a convertible, a recliner and a flat screen TV with built-in Blue Ray DVD player. Enjoy our wireless modem with fast access DSL from anywhere in the apartment.

The open floor plan with a full view of the outdoors from the kitchen, dining and living rooms contributes to the sense of spaciousness. You can enjoy this from the privacy of your balcony while enjoying breakfast or an evening cocktail with family and friends, or go down to the clubhouse a few steps away, on the water's edge overlooking the marina to play cards, read, socialize, BBQ, fish from the marina dock, go for a swim, enjoy the outdoors and watch the Sunset over the Bay.

Moon Bay is a gated residential community, with 65 apartments in two buildings and 16 town houses. Because it is seldom occupied to near capacity, you will be able to quietly enjoy all the facilities, pool, tennis, sauna, sundeck, clubhouse, BBQ grills and your own boat slip.

                    I would highly recommend staying at this condo. When we arrived we noticed how well maintained the grounds were and met with the office manager to register vehicle who was extremely pleasant. The condo inside was very welcoming and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony was awesome! Everything we needed was there. Condo was clean and well maintained. Several very nice restaurants around the area and some only 5 minutes away. The owner was nice to deal with and great communication! Highly recommend the conch house for breakfast and the sundowners for dinner.

                    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

                    I really enjoyed my stay at Moonbay. It was very quiet and landscaped nicely. The apartment was even nicer then the pictures showed and very clean. I enjoyed sitting on the screened porch overlooking the pool and partial view of Florida Bay.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen adequate. I also liked the big tile shower. The owner was very easy to work with making the rental arrangements. I am looking forward to staying here again.

                    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

                    My family loved this Moon Bay condominium. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and nicely furnished. My husband and I appreciated having our own large bedroom separate from our two kids (14 & 10). Their bedroom was nicely appointed.The entire complex was excellently maintained and the pool area was beautiful. The location could not be beat. It was very close to the entrance of John Pennekamp State Park which we visited several times during our stay. The grocery store and Kmart were also very close. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment for your next stay in Key Largo.

                    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers.
