Welcome to Rancho Mirage! This beautiful townhouse / condo is located in the heart of Rancho Mirage, the 'playground of presidents.' This home is fully equipped and ready to be called your home away from home.
This condo has 2 master suites (King) with TV's and their own private bathrooms and a third bedroom (2 doubles) that is adjacent to a bathroom with shower. This is a spacious condo with high, vaulted ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully loaded for even the gourmet chef. The dining room seats 8 people and a smaller breakfast nook in the kitchen (overlooking the lake and waterfalls) seats 4. There is a 2 car garage and an outdoor patio overlooking the lake and just steps away from the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The living room has an LCD TV, fireplace and wet bar.
If tennis is your racquet, there are 9 regulation tennis courts on the grounds, 4 are lighted for night play.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The owner made the reservation process very easy, and kindly let us check in a day early and extend our stay for an extra couple of days at the end. The condo was lovely, layout perfect, everything was very clean and we felt at home very quickly. One of the pools and hot tub was conveniently located just across the little bridge from the unit. It was also so nice to have wifi and free long distance to the U.S.A and Canada. The Rancho Mirage Racquet Club was not too big and had lovely grounds and tennis courts. The location was perfect and was not far from El Paseo, Palm Springs, The River etc. There is so much to see in the surrounding area and we visited The Living Desert, Joshua Tree, Cabazon Outlet Shops, The Salton Sea, Palm Springs Thursday night market, and the College of the Desert weekend market, and thoroughly enjoyed each place. My husband is a member at a local golf club and so needless to say played a lot of golf and had a couple of his friends join him for a short period of time. They also thoroughly enjoyed their stay and were very comfortable staying at the condo. Our two daughters, who are in their twenties, came down for the last week and enjoyed the shopping , dining and sunbathing by the pool. There are so many good restaurants in the area and one of our favourites was The Third Corner, a bistro type place just off El Paseo, where you can dine in the restaurant or bar area, buy a bottle of wine in the store to drink with just a $5 corkage fee. Good food for sharing. My husband and his friends also enjoyed going to Armandos on El Paseo after golf. We come down for 6 weeks or so each year and have rented a few different places. This owner has certainly been one of the easiest to reserve with and also any queries were responded to very quickly. Once again, thank you so much for having made our stay so enjoyable. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this place to our friends or anyone else, and also would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I could not have asked for more! Your condo was so peaceful, relaxing and well maintained. It really did feel like a home away from home. The community is landscaped beautifully and the view of the mountains and lake are absolutely spectacular. And how wonderful it was to have the pool and jacuzzi right around the corner.
