Our recently renovated fifth floor unit features two balconies, with a view of the Lagoon and the Tropical Pool area from the living room balcony and a view of the Gulf from the bedroom balcony. It has tiled floors and tiled balconies. You will have a view of the Lagoon from the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances, including washer and dryer and new custom-made cabinets. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a new queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Both rooms have flat screen TV's with cable programming and a VCR/DVD player in the living room.
The pool area has lush landscaping, palm trees, flowers and a rock waterfall. There is a kiddie pool for the smaller children and a hot tub for adults. We have charcoal grills and picnic tables by the lagoon. The complex has two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and a horseshoe pit. There is a boat ramp, docking facilities, fishing piers and a fish cleaning station. Located directly across the low-traffic, two lane street is our private 100 foot, white sand, deeded beach for Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Guests and Owners.
Gulf Shores is a great destination for a family vacation or a relaxing get-a-way. For kids there is putt-putt golf, a fantastic water park and amusement park, go-carts, zoo and movie theater. There are several golf courses in the area, great shopping (15 miles to a large famous Outlet Mall), other mall shopping within 40 miles, numerous restaurants, deep sea fishing, and of course, walking on the beach.
Visit us once and you will see why we have so many repeat guests at the Surf and Racquet. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION; $100 security deposit, refundable upon inspection of unit after departure. Rental to adults and families only, must be 25 years old to rent.

ONCE WE ARRIVED THE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL . THE ROOM WAS GREAT AND MY DAUGHTER LOVED THE VIEW. THE BEACH WAS GREAT WE HAD FUN AND DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT OUR THINGS ON THE BEACH, IT WAS CLEAN AND EVERYONE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. THE POOL WAS RELAXING AT NIGHT AND OUR DAUGHTER MET LOTS OF NEW FRIENDS. I HOPE TO GET TO GO BACK EVERY YEAR. VISIT 2011

First time in Gulfshores and our family had a great time! Glenda was extremely nice and very easy to contact. We had no problems setting up the reservation, paying the deposit and the rent, everything was done online. The rental was clean and very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC, everything worked perfectly. We loved that there were two balconies, perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks on both sides. The private beach is just a short walk away and it was very clean and not crowded at all, even during this holiday weekend. Great place to stay, we can't wait to be back!

The condo is beautiful and clean and in a great location. I had no problems while there, everyone was friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this condo. There were no crowds, it is on the quiet end of the beach. The beach was beautiful, clean, and the walkway and gazebo are beautiful. The inside of the condo is just as nice as it looks in the photos. Loved it!

The condo was perfect for 2 adults and a child. It was very clean and had a great view of the pool area and the bay. The condo was also close to the main attractions/restaurants in Gulf Shores. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
