  The condo met all of our needs for the month of September. Very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. There are enough pots and pans to cook for an army!! Loved it. The view is the real gem of this property. 21 stories up gives you an amazing view of the ocean and the beach for miles. Every sunrise was more spectacular than the next. Craig was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this VRBO to everyone. Can't wait for next year.

  The condo itself was nice. I think the cleaning crew could put forth a little extra effort as the shower curtain had signs of mildew, but other than that, it was fairly clean. The main draw back to this condo, and really the only thing that would make me consider "not" staying here again is the parking situation. The parking garage is impossible and there is not enough parking on the side of the building for trucks and SUVs when small cars and motorcycles that could use the parking garage choose to use those spots instead. I think they should be marked (and enforced) strictly for SUVs and trucks and if possible, they need to re-address the parking situation....not sure how to change the structure now, but it is a definite problem. Noise was not a problem for the most part. You always end up with one mom who doesn't think her children can hear unless she is screaming at the top of her lungs, but that happens everywhere....a problem with society not the condo. The location of the condo to other attractions was awesome. Close enough to be a short drive, but far enough away to not be right in the middle of the chaos. The location was probably the BEST thing about this condo. I would recommend this place to a friend as long as they have a small car.

  Loved the place! We have a daughter going to Coastal Carolina and visit often! This is our new choice of places to stay. The place was perfect! Beautiful view. Nicely decorated and clean. Craig, thanks for making this transaction so smooth. We will definitely be back!

  I enjoyed my stay at this condo. Its location is in an excellent section of town and the unit had a great ocean-front view. I was extremely confortable and felt right at home. The desk staff and other people living in the building are very friendly. I look forward to a return visit to Myrtle Beach and a return stay at this condo. One of the best units in the area.

  We rented this condo the first week in July. Even for five people (1 adult and 4 teenagers), this condo had plenty of room. I really liked the fact that there was a second sink and mirror in the bedroom (which is not pictured) so two people could be getting ready at the same time. The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Everything you need is there. The only issue we had was there were only four dinner plates and five us staying. Absolutely loved the location, beach was not crowded. You could actually relax and listen to the waves. Traffic in this area of MB is not bad at all. Getting to and from the condo throughout the day was a breeze. Parking is not great as with many MB hotels/condos. Oversized lot gets full very quickly and there is limited street parking. If you have to park in the garage with a van, good luck! I will admit that I was hesitant in renting this condo in the beginning since the owner/manager needed payment up front via check. I went with my gut and everything worked out perfectly. He even had the condo ready for check-in earlier than expected which was great considering we had just spent 15 hours in the car. I will definitely recommend to my friends and if I get back to MB in the next few years I will definite see if this condo is available. Thanks for a great vacation!

We do have a wonderful assortment of cookware (Pots,etc.), but we do need to beef up on some more plates. I am sure your children realize what a wonderful mom they have to have taken on the responsibility of additional kids and made such a long journey.   We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great time. The condo was just as described in pictures - it had a nice set up and a nice bathroom as well (which isn't pictured). The property manager was available by phone call when we had a question and was very helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again. Great view from the balcony. Great area of Myrtle Beach - not as crowded. Only complaint would be that the parking garage is a little tricky to navigate (very narrow) - but take your time on the ramps and you'll be fine (they have a surface lot for SUVs and trucks).
