The balcony views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean are second to none, they span for miles both north and south! We would love to share this condo with other couples, friends, and families in hope that you will continue to visit our vacation home repeatedly for years to come! We only accept weekly rentals thru the summer time. Our rates are so cheap you can rent a week and stay a shorter time period and still have a deal.

My name is Craig Memory and I am the Broker In Charge of "Best Myrtle Realty". While I dont specialize in vacation rentals I do help my friends rent this unit out as a favor to them. They live in the Atlanta Georgia area. Ask me when you call how to make your vacation tax deductible while you are here in Myrtle Beach, SC. Of course this is only for our U.S. friends.

Buying this unit was a no brainer. The owners wanted to buy in a family orineted resort with exceptional views. They didnt want the hustle and bustle of the spring break feel of Myrtle Beach. They wanted this resort because of its close proximity to all the recreational and entertainment venues that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. Its location is in an excellent section of town and the unit had a great ocean-front view. I was extremely confortable and felt right at home. The desk staff and other people living in the building are very friendly. I look forward to a return visit to Myrtle Beach and a return stay at this condo. One of the best units in the area.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We rented this condo the first week in July. Even for five people (1 adult and 4 teenagers), this condo had plenty of room. I really liked the fact that there was a second sink and mirror in the bedroom (which is not pictured) so two people could be getting ready at the same time. The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Everything you need is there. The only issue we had was there were only four dinner plates and five us staying. Absolutely loved the location, beach was not crowded. You could actually relax and listen to the waves. Traffic in this area of MB is not bad at all. Getting to and from the condo throughout the day was a breeze. Parking is not great as with many MB hotels/condos. Oversized lot gets full very quickly and there is limited street parking. If you have to park in the garage with a van, good luck! I will admit that I was hesitant in renting this condo in the beginning since the owner/manager needed payment up front via check. I went with my gut and everything worked out perfectly. He even had the condo ready for check-in earlier than expected which was great considering we had just spent 15 hours in the car. I will definitely recommend to my friends and if I get back to MB in the next few years I will definite see if this condo is available. Thanks for a great vacation!

We do have a wonderful assortment of cookware (Pots,etc.), but we do need to beef up on some more plates. I am sure your children realize what a wonderful mom they have to have taken on the responsibility of additional kids and made such a long journey. We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great time. The condo was just as described in pictures - it had a nice set up and a nice bathroom as well (which isn't pictured). The property manager was available by phone call when we had a question and was very helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again. Great view from the balcony. Great area of Myrtle Beach - not as crowded. Only complaint would be that the parking garage is a little tricky to navigate (very narrow) - but take your time on the ramps and you'll be fine (they have a surface lot for SUVs and trucks).
