Condo located just five minutes from the beach, 2 minutes to the Aventura Mall and 5 min from the beach. Cross the street and you are walking/jogging/riding on the beautiful Aventura Turnberry golf course. On days when you feel like lounging at home, take a swim in the pool or tan outside.
The condominium includes everything you need to settle in, with table settings for 4, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and all your basic small and large appliances, blow dryers in the bathrooms, bath towels, sheets and blankets, iron, and a small start-up supply of soaps, paper goods and blow dryers.Wash and dryer inside the unit

No hidden taxes that can make your rates soar. You can cook at home in its full kitchen if you'd like to (not pay for inflated hotel room service or hotel food-which is not usually very good anyway) or jump in your car to get to one of dozens of restaurants only minutes from your vacation home.

This beautiful home is a great deal and much less than paying for hotel (remember, hotels also tack on lots of taxes you may not expect on top of your daily rate that can easily add up to 13 to 20 percent extra). Considering the condominium sleeps up to 4 people.
This rate does not include maid service, which can be made available for $75 extra per day. If you don't opt for daily maid service, there will be a $75 cleaning fee added on to your rate.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a $500 security deposit due at reservation and refundable at time of check out.
RENTAL PAYMENTS
50% of total rental amount is required for Book it and
Final payment is due 7 days before arrival.
NON SMOKING APARTMENT - NO PETS
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations must be in writing and you may lose your security deposit if we stay with the apartment empty for the days that have been reserved.
CHECK-IN & OUT
The time of check-in is 3 PM and time of Check-out is at 11 AM.
But we can be flexible if we do not have another renter coming.
