  We had a week at this Condo after a hectic few days in Orlando. After a very long journey, I'm glad to say our check in couldn't have been easier. Everything went as planned as the owner had forwarded our reservation details to the front desk and we found the Cottage ready for us as expected. The standard was great, all as described and glad to say, exceeded our expectation. The proximity to the pools and fitness suite is very close as well, whereas the Hotel entrance is a 5 minute walk. We used the shuttle bus to the beach a few times which is great - towells, beach chairs and umbrellas handed to you as you get off the mini-bus, so no effort at all. Well worth the visit if only to see the dolphins playing off the Pier! The boat sight seeing tour was very entertaining as well. We did the one from Tin City and had all the gossip about the millionaire houses and owners - more dolphins as well. There are also loads of great restaurants on 5th Ave, we particularly likes the Thai/Sushi place and Yabba Island Grill. All in all, a great location for a great stay. Really relaxing with great staff to go with a perfect Condo. Thanks to the owners for making sure all went smoothly for us!

  This property certainly deserves the 5 star rating given by prior reviewers. However, based on my experience with the owners, the customer service portion of this rental deserves only 1 star. The property itself is top rate in terms of decor, cleanliness and location. The grounds, pools and pool side service at Naples Bay Resort are also outstanding. What marred my vacation at this property was the failure of the owners to take the basic steps necessary to insure a smooth check in. Starting with the Naples Bay Resort front desk having no record of our rental (I had to produce the rental agreement to convince them) to finding the front door of the condo locked and being unable to reach the "on site" owner for 3 1/2 hours, the check in process was needlessly stressful. While we were able to contact one of the owners via a desperation e-mail after being locked out for 2 hours, he was in the Bahamas on vacation and could only offer to get a locksmith to help us gain entry. The on site owner(his mother) did not arrive to unlock the condo until an hour and a half later, never having answered any of our numerous panicked messages left on her phone. Not the way you want to start a vacation! Adding insult to injury was not only the lack of any apology from the owners but their attempt to blame us for a to early arrival despite the fact that they had agreed, in writing, to the early check in time.

  This was an amazing vacation rental, truly felt like a vacation with all of the comforts of home. It was so nice I didn't want to leave, wish I could have moved in. The resort pool and gym were awesome!! Seamless transaction with owner, would absolutely recommend this rental to any of my family and friends.

  The owner's lovely condo exceeded our expectations. Not only was it immaculate, but it was stocked with every conceivable necessity -towels, paper goods, cooking/eating utensils, and appliances. We were thrilled with the proximity to all of the resort's amenities - the pristine pools were only a few steps away and made it so easy to return to the condo for a bite to eat. We like to explore new places when we travel, but I think we most definitely will be returning here.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  This is the second time that my wife and I visited the Naples Bay Resort, but this time as we were travelling with our daughter we decided to stay at the Cottages. We rented a two bedroom cottage and though it was the smaller model, we found it very spacious and comfortable just the perfect size for the three of us. Our Cottage had a fully equipped kitchen, with a full sized fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave but also a conventional oven and all the appliances you might need just to fell that you are un your own kitchen. It also had a dinning area and a beautifully decorated living room. The master suite was gorgeously appointed with a king size bed, a walk in closet and large master bath which also included a hot tub. The second bedroom tough it wasn’t so big it was spacious enough for my daughter and all her luggage!! The cottage also had a hidden washing machine and a tumble dryer that we found really useful. The fitness centre with technogym equipment was really awesome; and despite being charged USD 350 for using it (2 weeks) I must say that it worth every penny. The staff there was excellent and very friendly, we even found Bobbie who remembered us from our stay two years ago I guess that shows a lot about the courtesy and politeness of the staff. The pool area with 3 pools, a lazy river, and a quiet area is also remarkable, a beautiful place to relax. Finally the cottages & hotel are ideally located just a few blocks away from Tin City and Fifth Avenue shops and restaurants. It’s also not far away from the beach. A special mention for the owners courtesy Harlene and Dean I would definitely recommend this resort! Eduardo Buenos Aires- Argentina
